A year ago, many Falun Gong practitioners went to Zhongnanhai to appeal to the Chinese central government for the facts on Tianjin, where police beat and arrested peaceful Falun Gong practitioners. They made three requests: 1) Release those innocent practitioners arrested in Tianjin. 2) Lift the ban on publishing and distributing of Falun Dafa books in China. 3) Allow a legal and non-hostile environment for practicing Falun Dafa in China.
Nowadays, many people who kindly give their advice to Falun Dafa practitioners always say: we know that you are good people, but the government has judged Falun Gong as an evil cult, so you should stop practicing it. Is this indeed the fact? No. So far, the People' Republic of China (PRC) does not have any definitive determination on the nature of Falun Gong.
Mr. Li Huixi, a Falun Dafa practitioner in his 40s, lived in Houyi Village of Hou Town (in Weifang, Shandong Province). He went to Beijing to appeal to the Chinese government. After being taken back by the police to the police station in Hou Town on April 21, he was beaten to death by the police that night.
