Mr. Ma Youliang, fifty-three years old, was a Falun Dafa practitioner in Da'an City, Jilin Province. Because he had been a Falun Dafa practice site assistant, he was constantly harassed and taken to the police station for interrogation. He died in the spring of 2001.
