(Minghui.org) Mr. Yang Kaiwen was a Falun Gong practitioner in Shidian County, Yunnan Province. He was arrested by officers Yang Zhongqi and Yang Xueshan and later given three years in prison. He developed mental disorder in prison and died not long after being released.
