Stories of Truth Clarification

  1. One Dafa practitioner teaches the subject "Public & Society" at school. Each day she will send forth righteous thoughts at set times, and then tell the students in her class the truth about Falun Gong, thus exposing the evil. Some students' parents reported her to the principal. She used the opportunity to clarify the truth to the principal. Later on, some other parents also complained. This teacher then joined with another practitioner to clarify the truth to them. Thereafter, no one reported her any more.
  2. A lady practitioner had been persistently spreading Dafa and clarifying the truth in the neighbourhood. She continued doing so as usual even after July 20, 1999, for which she was detained and tortured. After returning home from jail, she described to her neighbours what she had seen and been through in jail, deeply moving every kind-hearted person. This year during the New Year's holiday, the Executive Director of the Neighbourhood Committee went to her house to monitor her. She clarified the truth to the Director. In the end, he left without saying anything.
  3. One evening, two practitioners overheard a group of people discussing news they had seen on CCTV. One said, "It's hard to say whether that 'self-immolation' on TV is real or not. Just like during the Cultural Revolution, when someone is persecuted to death, he or she will be said to have committed suicide out of fear of facing the charge of their 'crime'." One old man started to repeat what the TV program tried to put into people's minds. The practitioners went over to tell the crowd their own stories, how their bodies and minds had been uplifted due to cultivation, and how Jiang had been using underhanded means to persecute people. They asked everybody to always remember that "Falun Dafa is good," and that people damaging Dafa will have no future. Everybody in the crowd nodded their head, and expressed their gratitude to the practitioners.
  4. One practitioner often distributes Dafa information and posts fliers, and he does so with a calm and benevolent heart, without a single thought of fear. One day in a park, four passers-by asked, "What are you posting?" The practitioner asked in return, "Do you know what I am posting?" He was facing away while sending forth righteous thoughts at the same time. The four said in a panic, "What are you doing?" and hurriedly left the practitioner.
  5. In December 2001, three policemen came to a practitioner's home with an arrest warrant to take the practitioner away. The practitioner said to them, "I cannot cooperate with you, because if I do it would amount to my encouraging you to commit sin." The policemen left in the end, after the practitioner explained Dafa to them. A few days later, the police tried to extort money from the practitioner via the Neighbourhood Committee. The practitioner used this opportunity to clarify the truth to the four members of the Committee. In the end the Committee said with one voice, "Falun Dafa is good."
  6. A practitioner enlightened to the need to not cooperate with any commands, orders, or manipulation from the evil. After sending-forth righteous thoughts, she went to the local Police Branch and said to the police, "The mat is my private property. You took it from me when you ransacked my house. I am here to get it back now." She calmly and benevolently explained how her mind and body had changed for the better after she started to cultivate, and told the truth about the staged "self-immolation," Falun Dafa's spreading in the world, etc. The whole room listened quietly.
  7. Use every opportunity to clarify the truth: One practitioner, over 60 years of age, is very good at dancing. One day she enlightened that by walking out of humanness, each individual could make use of their own speciality or skill to clarify the truth in many varied ways. So, she clarifies the truth while dancing in the square. That way her family members don't worry about her, so it is easier for her to come out. She clarifies the truth to those she dances with. The results have been very good.
  8. A practitioner has an old classmate who now teaches in college. Bringing along truth clarifying material, he went to meet his classmate in the city where his classmate works. After talking for about 2 hours, the classmate said, "I know Falun Dafa is good. I wrote a bad article before. What should I do?" The practitioner said, "Now that you know and have changed your wrong way of thinking, isn't it likely that you could be saved?"
  9. A practitioner saw a person tearing off the Dafa material she'd just posted on a pole beside the road. She walked over, and the person pointed at her saying, "She posted it just a minute ago," thus attracting a crowd. The practitioner calmly clarified the truth to the crowd, answering a few questions along the way. Then someone urged her to leave. Seeing that this group of people had heard the truth, she sent-forth righteous thoughts and left.
  10. An old man driving a motor tricycle with a load of vegetables for market was trying to follow a group of practitioners who were posting fliers. The old man threatened to report the practitioners to the police. The practitioners clarified the truth to him, answering his questions one by one. At last the old man understood. The practitioners said to him, "Now that you know the truth, please tell your relatives." The old man promised he would when leaving.
