• On January 26, 2007, Mr. Li Jichang, a resident of Wenjiao Village, Heshun Town of Nanhai District, was arrested by police led by Zheng Biao and Peng Xiaohong. He was first detained at the police department of Chancheng District, then transferred to the Sanshui Labor Camp. His family was not notified. When his family traced him to the labor camp, he was locked up in the water dungeon. He was on the verge of death when he was pulled out of the water dungeon (this happened before 2001).

• Mr. Wu Jianpei is a retiree of Jinxi Hospital in Heshun Town. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor and sent to the Sanshui Labor Camp. His mother, in her eighties, was left at home alone (this happened before 2001).

• Mr. Tang Zhengyi, a practitioner from Heshun Twon, was arrested when he was visiting his friend. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor and sent to the Sanshui Labor Camp (this happened before 2001).

• Mr. Kong Fantong, in his twenties, is a teacher. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor (this happened before 2001).

• Mr. Liang Jifeng, in his forties, is an employee at a cement factory. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor (this happened before 2001).

• Ms. Long Jianhao, 27, is a practitioner from Heshun Town. She was sentenced to two years of forced labor (this happened before 2001).

• Ms. Jiang Liangyan, 68, is a resident of Heshun Town. She was arrested when she was clarifying the facts to the public. She is detained in a detention center.

• In August 2000, Mr. Chen Xiangyang was arrested at the hospital when his wife was about to give birth to their baby. He was arrested for practicing Falun Gong, then sentenced to three years of forced labor and sent to the Sanshui Labor Camp.

• On July 26, 2005, Ms. Chen Haiban, in her fifties, was arrested by police officers from the Hainan District Police Department and the 610 Office. Her sentence is unknown.

• Ms. Peng Miaoshan, about 25 years old, was arrested and her sentence is unknown (this happened before 2001).

• In July 2000, Mr. Zhong Manhong, a resident of Lishui Town, was arrested and detained in a detention center for a month. After he was released, he was monitored around the clock. Several days after his release, he was arrested again and sentenced to one year of forced labor.

• Mr. Zhang Fadong was arrested and sentenced to one year of forced labor for practicing Falun Gong. When the police ransacked his home, they stole 3000 yuan. The stolen money was borrowed from their friends for living expenses (this happened before 2001).

• Chen Ran was arrested and sentenced due to practicing Falun Gong (this happened before 2001).

• The police went to Ms. Zhong Xiuqiong's home and forced her to go to the police station for questioning. She was then arrested and sentenced to two years of forced labor (this happened before 2001).

• Ms. Wu Yanzhen was forced to go to the police station. She was then arrested and sentenced to two years of forced labor for practicing Falun Gong. Her 12-year-old daughter is left home alone (this happened before 2001).

• Ms. Huo Wanhong had been arrested and detained for a month. After she was released, the police forced her to go to the police station. She was then arrested, sentenced to two years of forced labor and sent to the Sanshui Labor Camp (this happened before 2001).

• Ms. He Sifeng, in her forties, is a resident of Yanbu Town. On the morning of December 5, 2006, the police arrested her and took her to the Nanhai Detention Center in Foshan City. Later, she was detained in the Sanshui Labor Camp. Ms. She had been arrested and sent to the Sanshui Labor Camp for a year.

• Mr. Wu Rifeng, about 28 years old, is a resident of Nanhai District. Late in 2004, he was arrested and sent to the Sanshui Labor Camp for persecution. Mr. Wu had been sentenced to one year of forced labor in July 2000. During his detention in the labor camp, the camp guard shocked him with electric batons. His term was extended for six months, and he was released in February 2002. Shortly after his release, he was arrested again and was detained for a month.

• Ms. Liang Xiaoyan and Ms. Liang Qixia are residents of Xiqiao Town. On the morning of July 17, 2003, they were arrested in their shop and the shop was ransacked. They were detained in the Nanhai District Detention Center.

• On the evening of April 30, 2006, Mr. He Jianshen and his wife, Ms. Liang Xiaoyan, were arrested due to practicing Falun Gong. Their daughter is left home alone.

• On June 17, 2004, the police from the Guanyao Police Station in Nanhai District arrested Ms. Xun Miaoyan. They ransacked her home.

• Ms. Deng Caijuan, 33, lives at Dongshen New Village #16, Nanhai District. At around 10:00 p.m. on April 8, 2004, the 610 Office head from Foshan City, Liang Wenhui, and his deputy Zheng Biao led over ten policemen to arrest Ms. Deng. She was first detained in the Foshan City Detention Center and then sentenced to forced labor in July 2007.

• Wei Junhang, male, 27, is a resident of Nanhai District. In 2000, he went to Tiananmen Square to show a Falun Dafa banner and was sentenced to three years of forced labor after he was arrested.

• Early in February 2007, Mr. Mai Renming was arrested when he was distributing Falun Gong materials in Nanhai District. He is detained in the Nanhai District Detention Center. His wife and their two-year-old baby are left home alone.

• In December 2000, Mr. You Xianbang, a practitioner from Nanhai District, was sentenced to one year of forced labor. When his term expired, he was not released since he refused to give up practicing Falun Gong.

• In 2000, Mr. Zhang Fadong, a practitioner from Nanhai District, was sentenced to forced labor for going to Tiananmen Square to display a Falun Dafa banner.
