(Clearwisdom.net) In 2006, I was released from jail I went to visit my wife, also a practitioner, who was in prison. My sister, also a practitioner, and I went together to see my wife on the appointed visiting day, but, when we arrived, the prison police officer would not allow us to see my wife. Because I had an attachment to fear at the time, I worried I might make the police officer angry, which may not be good for my wife. Although I tried to persuade the police officer on the surface, I did not truly negate on the police officer's handling of the matter.

On the next visiting day although I saw my wife, the police officers still attempted to block my visit and made things difficult for me. Evil factors behind them still played a role.

It was almost Chinese New Year but I had not received a letter from my wife telling me about visiting days. Eight days before the Chinese New Year's Day, I called the prison and learned that visiting day was that day. It was 4:30 pm already and my home was more than 50 km away from the prison. The police officer said it was too late and would not be OK to visit no matter what I said. I said I must see my wife. The police officer said she could not make the decision. I requested the phone number of the prison politics department and she would not give it to me. I thought the things Dafa practitioner wanted to do must be done without failure. I thought I must see my wife and I must succeed to see her. I called my wife's brother. He replied he would find someone. In a moment, he called back and said that I could meet my wife the next day. I thought it was Master's compassion. When I no longer had fear of evil, Master could solve any problem for me.

From then on, every time I visited my wife, I did not have fear when facing prison police officers. Whether I had all certificates or not, police officers would let me see my wife.

The evil exists for us. If we always have silent resentment against evil but do not dare to speak up, and become submissive, the tribulations will intensify. Only when we truly have righteous thoughts will Master make the choice for us! "When disciples have ample righteous thoughts, Master has the power to turn back the tide." ("The Master-Disciple Bond" in Hong Yin II) When we are no longer afraid, and no longer acknowledge evil, it will naturally become very small and be nothing to us.

In addition, it was always my mother who visited my wife before I was released from prison. One time during visit, she told my wife that no matter how bad the environment was in the prison, she must follow "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance." The police officer behind her heard her words and wanted to conclude the visit. My mother told the officer loudly: "I tell her to endure a little bit on everything. What's wrong with that? You do not allow me to say that, what will you suggest me to say? Should I say Falun Dafa is good? Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good!" Later, my wife told me that the prison police officer said "We are most afraid of your mother-in-law!"

My wife was detained in prison for seven years.
