New York: Rally Celebrates 104 Million Chinese People Quitting the CCP Organizations (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners and local people gathered at Columbus Park in New York's Chinatown for a grand rally on October 16, 2011, in support of 104 million Chinese people who have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. They called on more Chinese people to learn the facts, abandon the CCP, and greet an upcoming new future without the party.
Tortured by Guards in Panjin Prison, Mr. Zhang Qi in Critical Condition
(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhang Qi has been tortured continuously by guards in the Fifth Ward, including Wang Haijun, ever since he was sent to Panjin Prison in June 2008. The severity of the abuse resulted in his being in critical condition many times. Since April 2011, he has been on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. Now, he is in critical condition again.
