(Minghui.org) Six years ago, two Canadians, David Matas and David Kilgour, investigated allegations that Falun Gong practitioners in China were being killed for their organs. David Matas is a renowned human rights lawyer. David Kilgour is a former Canadian parliamentarian and Secretary of State for the Asia-Pacific region. They came to the conclusion, based on a large number of facts and rigorous inference, that “there has been and continues today to be large-scale organ seizures from unwilling Falun Gong practitioners” by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
In 2009, the two investigators compiled 52 types of evidence into the book Bloody Harvest: The Killing of Falun Gong for Their Organs
On November 15, 2009 David Matas signed books for readers at the book launch in Toronto
In July, 2012 State Organs was published. This is a second book that exposes the CCP's atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. It is a collection of articles from 12 experts, including five physicians and a medical ethicist, from seven countries on four continents. They analyzed from different angles the atrocities of organ transplantation and live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners in China.

The publication of the two books indicates that more doctors, human rights activists, lawyers, and people around the world have come together to put an end to this evil.
From Congressional Hearing to the Focal Point of the United Nations Human Rights Council
On September 12th, a hearing on the live organ harvesting in China was held in the U.S. Congress. This was the 2nd hearing, after the one in 2006. A participating U.S. Congressman said, “What we’re talking about is a monstrous crime.”
On September 18th Ms. Guo Jun, the editor-in-chief of The Epoch Times Chinese editions, and Dr. Karen Parker, the chief representative of International Educational Development (an NGO affiliated with the U.N.), spoke at the The 21st Session of the U.N. Human Rights Council held in Geneva. They both raised allegations that the Chinese communist government forcibly harvested organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. The allegations became a hot topic during the U.N. Human Rights Council and drew concern by representatives from various countries and NGOs. Dr. Karen Parker urged the U.N. Special Rapporteurs to look into this matter as an issue of great urgency.
Mauro Poggia, a member of the National Council of Switzerland, issued an open letter to the U.N. Human Rights Council. He stated, “These abominable crimes must be denounced, an international commission of inquiry formed without delay, and those responsible brought to trial with the firmest determination.”
More Evidence Surfaces from Harvesting Site to the Forged “Donation Certificate"
Although the CCP has repeatedly denied taking organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, direct and circumstantial evidence that has come out in recent years has continued to strengthen what the two Canadian investigators concluded. Here are just two examples. The first is Wang Lijun's live autopsy and organ transplantation research center; the second is the exposure of forged organ donation certificates by China's media.
From May 2003 to June 2008, Wang Lijun was the Chief and Party Secretary of Public Security Bureau of Jinzhou City and the Deputy Mayor of Jingzhou City. During this time he founded the On-Site Psychology Research Center (OSPRC) on the subject of human organ transplantation, and he acted as the director of the center.
A police chief who was not in the medical profession did research on organ transplantation. This itself is very telling. At the awards ceremony of the “Guanghua Special Contribution Award”, Wang said in his speech, "All the staff of the China Guanghua Science and Technology Foundation have visited our center several times... They went to the site of the technical dissection and organ transplantation,” and witnessed the organ transplantation.
Wang Lijun also acknowledged at the awards ceremony that his research center provided organ donors for transplantation. He said, “Our research achievement is the result of several thousand intensive on-site cases." That is to say, within two short years of its founding, the OSPRC had done several thousand organ transplant operations.
In the September 10th issue of China's Caijing magazine, an article titled “Legal Loopholes and Big Profits Drive Organ Trafficking” disclosed details of the kidney intermediary Zheng Wei and his team. According to the article, this is China's largest prosecuted case of organ trafficking to date, involving the sale of 51 human kidneys worth about 10 million yuan. The 16 defendants were from a team made up of organ brokers, donor intermediaries, logistics staff, and doctors who performed kidney removal procedures. With the help of a court staff's forging death sentences and donation certificates, the 51 kidneys were transplanted into patients.
The live organ industry chain was formed under the connivance and support of the CCP's policy of suppression. The largest group that has been suppressed and persecuted from 1999 to the present is Falun Gong. For perpetrators of this heinous crime, Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned at various detention centers, labor camps, and prisons have become the most convenient source for organs.
The Net Is Closing; Every Criminal in the Evil Chain Will Be Brought to Justice
From Wang Lijun, Gu Kailai, Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang to Jiang Zemin, the chain of criminals has been clearly identified, one by one, from bottom to top. Exposure of the perpetrators has made this crime against humanity more real and concrete.
Recently, sources in Beijing say that Bo Xilai was involved in serious crimes, some of them unimaginable, and the possibility of the death penalty is not being ruled out. Think about it, what is more unthinkable evil than treason, bribery, and intentional homicide, which is also unspeakable by the CCP? Ms. Guo Jun confirmed at the U.N. Human Rights Council, “The earliest crime of live organ harvesting against Falun Gong practitioners took place in Dalian City, when Bo Xilai was the mayor.”
According to The Epoch Times, Gu Kailai, who used to be a lawyer and is familiar with international trade and laws, was the major planner, executor, and contact for creating a library of human organs, sale of organs, exporting human bodies, contacting senior officials Luo Gan and Zhou Yongkang, public relations at home and abroad, asset management, etc.
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) recently released an investigative report that confirmed the leading role of Zhou Yongkang, secretary of the CCP Central Committee of Political and Law, in the crime of organ harvesting. When Li Changchun (member of the CCP Politburo Standing Committee) was asked whether to convict Bo Xilai with the crime of harvesting organs from detained Falun Gong practitioners for organ transplant, he explicitly said, “Zhou Yongkang is in charge of this; he knows.”
Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, chairman of the Investigations and Oversight Subcommittee of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs once said, “We should do our best to identify those specific individuals who were engaged in this and put them on the list of people who deserve to be brought to justice.”
In early October, before the trial of Bo Xilai, Sina Weibo (weibo means “microblog” in Chinese) lifted the ban on searches for the currently most sensitive terms “Bo Xilai”, “Gu Kailai”, “Wang Lijun”, as well as“live harvest” and “live organ harvest”.
I believe the time will come soon that the whole truth will be revealed.
