Beijing Mayor Guo Jinlong Encounters Protests by Falun Gong Practitioners Wherever He Goes During His Taiwan Visit (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) Beijing Mayor Guo Jinlong is a human rights scoundrel who has been involved in the severe persecution of Falun Gong. After he arrived in Taiwan for a six-day visit at dusk on February 26, 2012, wherever he went, he could see Falun Gong practitioners holding banners, and shouting, “Falun Dafa is good,” and “Stop persecuting Falun Gong.” Guo Jinlong always appeared uneasy and embarrassed, and left as quickly as possible. Falun Gong practitioners said that Guo’s trip to Taiwan was also a rare opportunity for Guo’s entourage to become aware of the facts about Falun Gong. The practitioners called for the world’s people to make efforts to help stop the persecution.

Attorney Defends Zhang Weizhong--Gallery Member Gives Thumbs Up
(Clearwisdom.net) In June 2011, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhang Weizhong, from Fengrun District in Tangshan City, was arrested. On December 15, a hearing was held at Fengrun District Court. His attorney, Zhang Chuanli from the Beijing Jiafa Law Firm, pleaded innocent for his client, and drew admiration from the gallery in the process of presenting his defense.
