Solemn Declaration
I was illegally arrested and taken to a brainwashing center on January 4, 2012. Because of my failure to endure extreme mental torture along with my strong desire to get out of the detention center, I unwillingly made disrespectful remarks towards Master and Dafa. I caused damage to Dafa. Due to my poor enlightenment, I can only blame myself for undermining Dafa. I solemnly declare, “Everything I have said and written which are not in accordance with Dafa principles is null and void. I will cultivate in Dafa steadfastly, believe in Master and Dafa firmly, and do the three things well. I'll work harder to make up for the harm I caused to Dafa and return home with Master.”

Solemn Declaration
My supervisor talked to me several times after [the persecution began on] July 20, 1999. Officers from our local residential committee also repeatedly pressured me to write a guarantee statement. Due to my attachment of fear about loosing my job and financial resources, I signed the statement. After studying Master's teachings and with help from fellow practitioners, I later realized that my conduct undermined Dafa and soiled my cultivation path. I feel very regretful and solemnly declare, “Everything I have done that does not comply with the principles of Dafa is null and void. I will completely negate the arrangements of the old forces and steadfastly cultivate Dafa to the end. I will work harder to make up for the damage I caused to Dafa.”
