1. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhang Baosheng Detained

Mr. Zhang Baosheng from Acheng District, Harbin was put in a “small cell” by Huo Yudong, section chief of the Prison Administration Section of Daqing Prison on September 30, 2014. The guards only gave him four small buns and a small bowl of porridge every day.

2. [Hengshan County, Hunan Province] Ms. Dai Maixiang Detained

Ms. Dai Maixiang was followed and arrested on the night of September 5, 2013. She was sentenced to 7 years in prison on December 23, 2013. She is being held at the Kunming Women's Prison.

Ms. Song Yanqun went to the police to deliver letters appealing against the persecution of Falun Gong on September 28, 2014. She was arrested and taken to a detention center. Ms. Song has been on a hunger strike.

6. [Xining, Qinghai Province] Mr. Liu Qilong Detained

Mr. Liu Qilong was arrested by officers from the Chengxi Police Department on September 19, 2014. He is being held at the No. 1 Detention Center in Ershilipu, Xining. His mother, over 80 years old, has been left at home and needs care.

Mr. Liu Qilong was an employee of Qinghai Industrial Professional School. He was arrested for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. He was sentenced to six years in prison. Mr. Liu was then held at a forced labor camp for two years. In 2011, he was taken to a brainwashing center and tortured.

7. [Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Yu Bin, Mr. Xie Chunyang and Ms. Liu Li from Ganyu District, Lianyungang were arrested on September 17, 2014. Their homes were ransacked. Ms. Liu was released that day. The other two practitioners are still being held.

8. [Beijing] Mr. Hao Shugui and His Sister Arrested

Mr. Hao Shugui and his sister Hao Guifeng from Liubinbao Village, Yanqing, Beijing went out to put up posters about Falun Gong on September 29, 2014. They were arrested by Zan Jinggui and other officers from the Yongning Police Station. Their homes were ransacked. The two practitioners were taken to the Changping Detention Center. Mr. Hao was released on October 5, 2014. His sister is still being held.

9. [Longlin County, Guangxi Province] Mr. Luo Liwang Arrested

Mr. Luo Liwang was taken to the brainwashing center by personnel from the Longlin Political and Legal Affairs Committee and officers from the Longlin Police Department in the middle of August 2014. He has been released.

10. [Suining, Sichuan Province] Ms. Pu Zexiu Arrested

Ms. Pu Zexiu was reported to the police while talking to people about Falun Gong on October 4, 2014. She was arrested by officers from the Gaoshengjie Police Station and beaten in custody. Ms. Pu was handcuffed and tied to a bed. She was released that afternoon.
