Master has told us to, “Validate the Fa with rationality, clarify the truth with wisdom, spread the Fa and save people with mercy...” (“Rationality” in Essentials for Further Advancement II)
I want to share some of my experiences to help validate the Fa and show how we can use the rationality and wisdom we have gained from the Fa to save sentient beings.
Not Giving Up Easily
I tried to make a phone call to China three times, but the number wasn’t recognized. I believed the number was correct and didn't want to give up, so I sent a text message and then called again. This time someone picked up the phone and listened to me talk about Falun Dafa for over three minutes. This made me realize that we shouldn't be deceived by illusions in the human world and should try our best to find ways to save sentient beings.
A few days ago, I called a police officer in Shanghai. When he answered the phone I informed him about Falun Dafa and the persecution. He listened for a short while but then said, “I don't want to listen to you anymore,” and hung up. I called him again, but this time his wife answered and was quite rude. I recognized her accent, so I said politely, “I can tell that you are from Jiaodong. We are from the same town.” But before I could say more, she hung up.
I calmed down and called again. This time a young girl answered. I said to her very kindly, “You are from the same town as me. I have something very important to tell your parents. Can you pass the phone to them?” She replied, “You can talk. They are here listening.” So I continued, “Over 50 high ranking officials--including Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Zhou Yongkang, and Bo Xilai--have been sued in more than 30 countries for crimes against humanity, torture, and genocide. Many countries are condemning the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for its state-sanctioned organ harvesting from living Falun Dafa practitioners.”
The family continued to listen as I told them about the staged Tiananmen self-immolation incident and the quit the CCPmovement. Finally, I said, “We are from the same town, and today I can talk to you because of our predestined relationship. I am telling you all this because I care about your future” All three of them agreed to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
During this process, I felt that I was surrounded by a very strong field of compassion and that Master kept giving me the wisdom to know what to say.
Clarifying the Facts with Wisdom
A fellow practitioner and I once went out to talk to people about Falun Dafa. We noticed three Chinese sitting in a store and started talking to them. From the way they looked at us, I could tell they were laughing at us.
I said to one of them, “Do you think what we are saying is funny?” His expression quickly changed, and he replied, “No.” I sat next to him and said, “Nobody can stop the rain from falling. Don't you agree?” He agreed. Then I said, “If heaven wants to eliminate the CCP, nobody can stop it. Don't you agree?” He again replied, “Yes.” Finally I said, “Then you should quit the CCP. You don't want to go down with it, do you?” He replied, “No, I don't,” and quit the Young Pioneers.
Being Rational
When I called an officer at a police station one time, he started cursing me and then hung up. I called back again and again, but his attitude didn’t change. I told myself, "I need to be more rational and must not be moved by ordinary people."
After sending forth righteous thoughts, I called him back yet again. I calmly said, “The people in China are being deceived. The Communist Party has destroyed 5,000 years of traditional Chinese culture. The CCP wants to fight with heaven and earth and with people. They even harvest organs from the living for huge profits. What the people in China get to eat, drink, and breathe is all too often poisonous. What is in store for our grandchildren? Why do the corrupt officials send their wives, children, and money overseas?”
The whole energy field felt so righteous as the officer listened quietly. I continued, “Falun Dafa is the Buddha Law. Persecuting practitioners is a crime against heaven! The Communist Party makes people sacrifice their lives to it. Many Chinese have recently awakened and quit the CCP. I hope you can have a peaceful life by quitting the Party.” He agreed.
I took a deep breath after hanging up the phone, and tears rolled down my face. It is truly hard to save sentient beings! But there is always a way for us to do it, because we have our compassionate and great Master helping us all the way.
