(Minghui.org) The annual Health Harmony Soul Expo held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Center from January 31 to February 2, 2014, attracted over 6000 visitors.
Local Falun Dafa practitioners were again invited to participate in this event.
Visitors learn about Falun Dafa at the Health Harmony Soul Expo in Queensland, Australia.
Many visitors stopped by the Falun Dafa booth. Some wanted to learn the practice, some liked the atmosphere and energy they felt near the Falun Dafa booth, and some wanted to know more about the persecution of Falun Dafa in China.
“Can’t Wait to Browse the Falun Dafa Website”
A girl from Estonia who had never heard of Falun Dafa before was really pleased to find it and chatted with the practitioners. She wanted to learn more and said “I can’t wait to go home and browse the Falun Dafa website.”
Glad to Have Found Falun Dafa
Michelle stood in front of the Falun Dafa booth in disbelief, saying, “I can’t believe what I see--I found you! I am so excited!” She told a practitioner that she had read a book written by a Falun Dafa practitioner in a secondhand bookstore and was shocked at the brutal persecution in China. After a long talk with the practitioners, she wanted to start reading Falun Dafa books and learn the practice.
Tibetan: I Respect Falun Dafa
A Tibetan man talked with the practitioners. He paid his respect to the practice of Falun Dafa and to the practitioners because of their unrelenting efforts in clarifying the truth about the persecution year after year, given the current circumstances in China. He admired the practitioners’ selfless devotion.
Please Come Teach Us
A woman who belonged to a Parents and Teachers Association wanted to bring the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to her school. She asked the practitioners to visit the school and teach the students how to do the exercises and make paper lotus flowers.
Another woman handed the practitioners her business card and invited them to teach the five exercises at her coffee shop.
