(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zhang Shufeng, from Shouguang City, Shandong Province, was recently found held in the Weifang Detention Center after she went missing in mid-October 2013. She was force-fed by the guards when she went on a hunger strike to protest the brainwashing sessions that she was subjected to.
Ms. Zhang, about 40, has been arrested and detained several times just because she practices Falun Gong.
She went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong on March 7, 2008, where she was arrested and taken to the notorious Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for two and a half years. She was released in October 2010, but was arrested again by the Shouguang City 610 Office the same day she was released. Ms. Zhang was then detained in a brainwashing center for three months.
Ever since, she has often been taken to a brainwashing center by officers from the 610 Office and Domestic Security Division, during China's National Congress in March and other “sensitive days.”
