(Minghui.org) The last time I wrote an experience sharing article, I mentioned that karma was just like black diamond. This time, I saw that the Communist Party culture formed a black copy of me. Many bad notions and thoughts and a deviated sense of the world and values all emitted from that self.
For a long time, when the CCP talked about the "evil cult," I thought of Falun Dafa. I repeatedly reminded myself that the Chinese Communist Party itself was an evil cult, but it has not been easy to change my thinking.
When I thought carefully, I understood that I was brainwashed. Those thoughts did not come from my mind. They were emitted by the part of me that was brainwashed. Even if I refused to listen to the CCP propaganda, it still brainwashed my mind. It merged with my attachment of fear and formed a kind of substance.
There are many things that are not easy to be aware of. I saw that many fellow practitioners who have strong human attachments are controlled by the Party culture. As a result, they cannot truly believe in Master or the Fa.
My celestial eye is opened, and I can see the Gods, Buddhas, Master, and many other life forms, so I should firmly believe in Master. However I discovered that I did not fundamentally believe. That fundamental disbelief was not me, but I could not control it.
I know what to do rationally, but before I can see it clearly, it always controls me. On this human side, I only know that my thought karma is very strong. It was forced into my mind by the evil Party when I was unaware of it.
Before I obtained the Fa, my situation was pretty much like “true insanity” ( Zhuan Falun ), although it was not that serious; I was like a fool who knew nothing about ordinary people. In the past several years, my mind has become clear. I understood that the Party culture was forced into my mind – from classes, the Internet, and socializing, I accepted it without being aware that it was happening.
It manifested when dealing with specific issues. I would always feel that my fate was the result of my great diligence and effort: I could hardly follow the course of nature. When someone’s life or work did not go well, I thought that it was because he did not work hard enough or that his ability level was not high enough. Harboring such thoughts that go against the Fa teachings, I was not being respectful to Master or the Fa.
I saw that many fellow practitioners still believed that it was good to be a complicated human being, rather than to be simple and straightforward. They remained slick and sly and tried to find excuses for themselves: “My behavior should not make ordinary people think that I'm strange. I shouldn't purposely invite them to harm me, should I?”
They indeed cannot let go of their attachment to self-interest and thus do not let go of the complicatedness, thinking that it might change their fate. As a result, it is hard for them to think of others and it is hard for them to change themselves. In fact, the Party culture is responsible for all of this type of thinking. Those who think this way do not believe that human beings have blessings or that Master takes care of everything.
Some fellow practitioners, out of their human notions instilled by the evil Party, have forced their children (young fellow practitioners) to learn many unnecessary things. As a result, they have no time to study the Fa, and they forced many bad things into their minds, making them more complicated. The parents were happy, believing that their children were getting smarter and knew more things. We all know that the current human morality is sliding downward. How can they learn good things in this environment?
I see the Party culture and bad things forcing their way into peoples' minds without them being aware of it. Many fellow practitioners can hardly distinguish good from bad. It is even more difficult for children. We can see this in ordinary people’s children. There is hardly any innocence left in those children who study hard in school. They become very stubborn. So many young practitioners were ruined in ordinary society, and the parents wonder why their child is not as good as before.
The situation is the same for many fellow practitioners who attend college. They originally felt that they could validate Dafa with their technical skills. However, for the sake of their future, they chose a school far from home, which they believed to be the best school. They believe that they were blessed with their abilities so that they can live a normal everyday person’s life better. Some fellow practitioners who are very poor still have their children attend very expensive universities. Do they want to change their fate by going to the university? Those are all Dafa resources! How can we validate Dafa with no financial resources? Doesn’t this demonstrate a lack of faith in the gods who are taking care of everything and that there is fate?
Many practitioners are thinking the end will come soon, but if we believe that it will end and there will be huge disasters in this human world, why they are still so attached to the future, and why do they pay so much attention to the future?
Actually, when I dug deep down, I found that I didn't believe it in my own thoughts. This is because the Party culture encourages disbelief in the existence of gods. Part of me still does not believe. As I was writing this article, I saw that part of me dissolving.
Some fellow practitioners complained because Master did not have things happen according to their way of thinking. Isn’t this also an element of the Party culture? Self-conceit. Human beings are so tiny and dirty. How can we require the Buddha to do what we want in order to save us?
Certain sayings have the Party culture in them. For example “When you can endure the bitterest suffering, you can be higher than anyone else.”
Ordinary people believe that when you have put gone through tribulations in society, you will become more astute. As they accept more of these notions, they believe that they can live a better life than others. In fact, as we become more astute, we are destroying all our blessings and we are not happy either. If we can just follow the course of nature, we will live a better life and will not feel unhappy at all.
After cultivation, I found new meaning to the old saying that, in this human world, human beings are already suffering, and they still need to not be moved by any suffering, so as to temper themselves better. When they let go of everything, they will become beings higher than anyone else; they will be gods.
There are many similar sayings. The meaning of these words was manipulated and forced into the human mind to change human beings gradually so that they would not believe in fate and not believe in cultivation.
I can see nowadays that it is very difficult to distinguish the good from the bad. Many fellow practitioners take bad things as good and are not aware of it. I am not going to give any specific examples. I just hope that everyone can listen to the audio recording of “Dissolving the Party Culture” to understand clearly the Party culture in our minds so as to eradicate it.
Please point it out with compassion if there is anything incorrect in my understanding.
