(Minghui.org) As Falun Gong practitioners continue to file criminal charges against Jiang Zemin for his role in the persecution and make people aware of the facts, many are changing their attitude towards Falun Gong.
A practitioner had dinner with her sister and niece recently. When the niece asked the practitioner what she has been doing, the practitioner replied, “I am filing a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin. More than 140,000 people have already filed lawsuits against him.”
“I want to file a complaint against Jiang,” the niece said. “I would have practiced Falun Gong if it weren't for him. When I was seven years old, I used to watch my parents doing the exercises and I copied their hand movements. I thought it was very good. But then a few strangers came to my home in 1999. They shouted at and arrested my parents. I was scared. They extorted 2000 yuan from my parents before releasing them. I still remember it vividly. Please tell me how to sue Jiang.”
My father, a practitioner couple and I went to a town to distribute Falun Gong informational materials and hang up small banners. We parked our motorcycles in front of a house that had a wall.
After we had finished and went back to the motorcycles we heard one man say, “We have surveillance monitors here. Nobody can get past without us seeing them.”
The practitioner's husband and I went to pick up the motorcycles. As we were about to leave, a man rushed over and shouted, “Who are you? What are you doing here?” The practitioner told him, “We are Falun Gong practitioners and have been distributing informational materials.” He then showed the man some of the banners.
“Lawsuit against Jiang Zemin,” the man read on one of the banners. “You are Falun Gong practitioners. You can go.”
We were pleased that he let us go on to our next destination to put up posters.
My father and I attended a marriage ceremony on August 7, 2015, in a village where we used to live. We stayed overnight and chatted with old neighbors.
They knew that we practiced Falun Gong and talked to us about a banner reading “global lawsuit against Jiang Zemin” that they saw in the village. My father showed people his complaint letter against Jiang and told them that more than 140,000 people had taken legal action against Jiang already.
The bride looked at the complaint letter and said loudly, “Sue him. He must be brought to justice!”
An elderly man asked my father in a low voice, “Will this work?”
“Sure it will,” my father replied. “It's a celestial phenomenon. The lawsuit will begin soon.”
“I am waiting for the day!” the man said excitedly.
