Ms. Chen Guilian was sentenced to four years in prison by the Fangchenggang Court in November 2015.

2. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Mr. Ni Ruxin and Ms. Ni Ruju Detained

Ms. Ni Ruju was arrested by officers from the Guan County Domestic Security Division on October 28, 2015. Ms. Ni is being held in the Liaocheng Detention Center.

Mr. Ni Ruxin was arrested on November 18, 2015. Mr. Ni is being held in the Guan County Prison.

3. [Beijing] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Shen Changmao, Ms. Xu Junling, and Mr. Sun Fuyi from the Huairou District were arrested by police from the Shunyi District on January 11, 2016 for telling people about Falun Gong. Mr. Sun's home was ransacked.

4. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Wu Renke's Whereabouts are Unknown

Mr. Wu Renke was arrested and taken to the police department by plainclothes officers from the Chuanshan District on the morning of January 3, 2016. The police ransacked his home. His current whereabouts are unknown.

5. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Mr. Lu Yanchao Held in Custody

Mr. Lu Yanchao was clandestinely arrested by officers from the Dawukou Police Department in Shizuishan City on January 3, 2016. He was held in the Dawukou Police Department for two days.

While in custody, he was tied up on a tiger bench torture device for many hours while being interrogated. He was not allowed to have either water or food, nor was he allowed to use the bathroom. After Mr. Lu returned home, the officers from the Dawukou Police Department showed up at his home on January 5 to further harass him.

Ms. Zhang Cailan from the Chaoyang District was arrested in early December 2015. Her situation is unknown.

Mr. Xian Chunwei and his wife Ms. Li from the Weicheng District were arrested on January 6, 2016. Their home was ransacked.

8. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Lei Guoting Detained

Mr. Lei Guoting from the Baiyun District was arrested by officers from the Baiyun District Domestic Security Division on December 28, 2015. He was detained for 12 days. The officers forced him to give blood samples.

9. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Xu Huizhu Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Xu Huizhu, 70, from the West Tiyu Road, was asked to come to the Tianhe Police Station to apply for a medicare card on the morning of December 9, 2015. She was arrested on arrival and taken to the Huangpu Brainwashing Center. She was released on December 25, 2015.

10. [Sanmenxia City, Henan Province] Ms. Feng Xiaoxue Detained

Ms. Feng Xiaoxue was recently arrested by the Sanmenxia police. She is being held in Sanmenxia.

12. [Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Ding Xianyou Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Mr. Ding Xianyou, who was living in Dingda Village, Duanying Township, Funan County, Zhili Town, was arrested by officers from the Huzhou City Domestic Security Division and the Zhinan Police Station on October 26, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. He was detained for 15 days.
