(Minghui.org) My sister-in-law called me on the morning of June 26, 2018, and said in a weak voice, “I’m in the hospital with gastric varices. I also have bleeding in the stomach, an enlarged liver, and a failing spleen. I’m going to have surgery, please come back. I’d like to see you!”
My son drove us to our hometown immediately, and we visited my sister-in-law that evening. She was having a blood transfusion. Her condition wasn’t so bad, but she cried and asked, “Am I going to die?”
I told her, “Don’t worry too much. Please recite ‘Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!' It can save your life.”
Her only daughter was eight months pregnant at the time, so I decided to stay. My son and husband drove back home since they were busy with work.
Master Li Hongzhi said,
“I can tell you that not a single thing in the entire development of human society happened by chance.” (Teachings at the First Conference in North America)
I thought this would be an opportunity for me to clarify the truth and help Master Li (Falun Dafa’s founder) save people. I had a thought in my heart, “Master, please bring people with predestined relationships to me.”
When I went out to get water, buy food, or do laundry, I would tell people the truth about Falun Dafa and the persecution. Some of them agreed to quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations.
I told them that reciting “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” could bring them blessings. I also wrote down the names of those who wanted to quit the Party and put the list in the closet by my sister-in-law’s hospital bed.
The surgery was successful, and my sister-in-law was discharged after a few days. I was there for over 10 days.
When I started to pack my things to leave the next day, I couldn’t find the name list of those wanting to quit the Party. I checked all my clothes inside and out but still couldn’t find it. I was really anxious.
I stayed at my cousin’s home that night because she lived very close to the bus stop I needed the next morning.
I tossed and turned and couldn’t sleep that night. I was so worried about losing the name list as it was important for saving people. I looked inward and realized that cultivation is very serious, and I had made a huge mistake!
I shouldn’t have put the list in the closet. There was fruit, milk, bread, and my sister-in-law’s clothes stored there. If I had put the list in my purse, I wouldn’t have lost it. I placed my purse inside the bedside table because I wanted to keep my money and ID safe.
The next morning when I was about to leave, I found the name list sitting on top of my clothes. How was that possible? I was so excited. Master said,
“The cultivation is up to you, gong is up to the master.” (The First Talk, Zhuan Falun)
Perhaps Master saw that I was looking inward and saw my shortcomings. So he helped me get the list back. It was so amazing. Master is great! The Fa is great!
