Ke Liangdong has long served in the Public Security system, on the front lines of the persecution. Especially during his term as deputy director of the Central 610 Office from 2014 to 2018, he helped to implement the CCP’s genocidal policy to exterminate Falun Gong. At least 282 practitioners died during that time.
