(Minghui.org) Master’s new article “How Humankind Came To Be” was published on Chinese New Year’s eve. It shook the world’s people and awakened people of all nationalities. “Falun Dafa is good” and “Greetings to Master Li” were heard non-stop throughout the neighborhood. I would like to share some stories of people awakening to the truth at this special moment in history.
Shopkeeper: “Ma’am, you spoke the truth. My business is indeed getting better than before.”
I rode my bicycle through the streets to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa one day. The chain fell off, and it took me quite a bit of effort to fix it. My hands were covered in black grease, but I didn’t have anything with which to clean them.
I stopped by a deli market on my way home. At the checkout, the shopkeeper saw my hands, grabbed a towel, and cut a piece off so I could wipe my hands. I sincerely thanked him and left.
The incident remained fresh in my mind. The shopkeeper was a good man and I wanted to save him, so I went to his store again. I said, “Sir, you are a kindhearted person. Helping others is helping oneself. I thus came from far away to shop here again.”
I clarified the truth about Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) to him in a smooth manner, and said, “The core value of Falun Gong is Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, which teaches people to be good, to think of others and to be kind to others.”
He said, “Ma’am, I found you amiable, so I was willing to help you that day.”
I said, “Nowadays, it is difficult to be a good person. As you may have heard, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), headed by Jiang Zemin, has been inhumanely suppressing and persecuting Falun Gong practitioners for more than 20 years, and harvesting the organs from living Dafa practitioners for profit, which is an unprecedented new evil on this planet.
“Falun Dafa has spread to more than 100 countries around the world, and only the CCP is cruelly persecuting it.”
I spoke a lot and talked about Guizhou’s Hidden Character Stone, and the three withdrawals (from the Chinese Communist Party, the Communist Youth League, and the Young Pioneers). He agreed to quit the Communist Youth League and Young Pioneers.
I gave him a desk calendar and told him, “There are some stories on the back of the calendar, please take a good look at it.” He accepted it and said, “I will.”
The next time I stopped by, the shopkeeper greeted me from a distance and said, “Ma’am, look, I put the calendar in the center of the store so every customer can see it.” I said, “Good, you will be blessed by understanding the truth, and your business will be doing better and better.”
He said, “Ma’am, you spoke the truth. My business is indeed getting better than before. Things are sold on the very day they are made.” He shouted excitedly, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” This was heartfelt gratitude from someone who understood the truth and awakened.
Every time I stopped by his store, if he had customers, he would introduce me to them and ask me to clarify the truth and advise them to do the three withdrawals. While emphasizing that this would keep them safe, he would proudly point to the calendar in the center of the store and say, “I’m not scared! The CCP is so wicked.”
That day, I brought Master’s new article “How Humankind Came To Be” to him and said, “Master is here to save us. Take a good look at this article. Every sentence is a heavenly secret. Share it with your friends and family too, and you will accumulate mighty virtue.” He said, “Will do. Must do.”
The Neighbor Said: “Dafa Master’s article has a very profound meaning”
My downstairs neighbor moved to a larger unit elsewhere and rented the smaller unit out. When she came back to renew the lease, she visited me with a friend of hers. I gave them each a copy of Minghui Weekly Issue 938, which contains Master’s new article “How Humankind Came To Be.” I said, “Please read it at home, and share it with your friends and families.”
They came back the next day and told me they were very emotional after reading the article. My neighbor said, “The article has a very profound meaning and speaks of the laws of the universe and the purpose of human beings on earth.” I told them the truth about Falun Dafa and advised them to do the three withdrawals to be safe.
During the conversation, my neighbor talked about a friend of hers, a professor, who told her about some of the shady things she had seen and experienced in the CCP system, and how the officials were two-faced, corrupt, feasted on public money, and visited brothels. She said the professor did the three withdrawals as soon as a Dafa practitioner spoke to her about it.
I commended that the professor was remarkable by making the right choice of not following the evil Party to its grave.
My neighbor’s friend understood the truth and asked me to help her do the withdrawals using two characters from her real name.
I said to my neighbor, “You haven’t withdrawn yet.” She said, “I have not?” I said, “When I told you about this, your husband did the withdrawals but you didn’t take a stand at the time, so I didn’t do it for you, and then you moved.” She said, “Please withdraw me right now using my real name.” Another person had understood the truth and awakened.
There are many such examples, but I won’t go into them all here as there is not enough space. Dafa has spread to every corner of the world and awakened those who understand the truth. People are spreading the truth, person to person, heart to heart, and receiving blessings. I sincerely hope everyone can overcome the current pandemic, and choose a bright future for themselves.
