(Minghui.org) Between June 26 and July 7, 2023, the Art of Zhen Shan Ren (Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance) International Exhibition was held at the Archangel Gabriel Cultural Center, located inside the Honorable Deliberative Council Building in the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina.
The artworks depict Falun Dafa cultivation, the cruel persecution its followers suffer in China under the Chinese Communist regime (CCP), as well as the positive aspects of practicing Falun Dafa.
Hundreds of people who attended the exhibition said they were able to appreciate the paintings. They shared how the artworks touched them and sincerely thanked practitioners for organizing the event.
Many visitors expressed deep sympathy for the practitioners in China who have suffered and even died during the persecution. They were also grateful for the information and some said they planned to learn the exercises and experience the benefits of practicing Falun Dafa.
The Art of Zhen Shan Ren International Exhibition was held in the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina between June and July of 2023. Many people viewed the paintings and wrote comments.
The councilor of the capital, Luis Argañaraz, left practitioners the following message: “A show that fills us with hope for the construction of a better world, without violence and in permanent peace.”
The president of the Honorable Deliberative Council, Fernando Juri, praised and congratulated the exhibition, leaving the door open for future activities. He thanked local practitioners for the information about Falun Dafa and the CCP's persecution.
Belén, who viewed the artworks eight years ago, said, “I was moved the first time, but I feel that this time I had to go through these years to be able to see them with a more mature perspective. I burst into tears again.”
Liliana said, “May God bless you so that more people will practice Falun Dafa. Congratulations.”
After slowly viewing each painting, two young sisters said, “What we saw left us shocked and moved. We can only ‘thank you’ for bringing us this exhibition and for offering hope in this hostile world.”
A young high school student reflected after looking at the paintings and said, “Pain is not as strong as one’s belief. Even though people are being tortured and suffering, they are illuminated. A bright light surrounds them and a halo surrounds them. A woman is being injected [with toxic drugs], but still keeps her gaze up, she never lets torture get the better of her. She knows that what awaits her is much better than what she is experiencing.”
Several visitors said the same thing. Others noted, “The atmosphere here is peaceful and harmonious.”
Some visitors told practitioners how they heard about the exhibition. A young man said, “I noticed a brochure lying on the ground and the next day I saw it again. I went closer to see it better. I picked it up and loved what I read and I felt that I should see the paintings.” The young man heartily thanked the organizers.
One student said, “My brother received a brochure. When I saw it today, I was immediately interested in visiting the exhibition. I am deeply grateful to see the artworks. I leave with a broader horizon and with the need to tell others about what I've learned.”
Many people who attended the exhibition said they hoped practitioners could bring the artworks to more cities in the province.
