(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 6 provinces, where at least 16 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

6. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Gao Xinle Harassed
7. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Cui Xueling Detained for 15 Days in 2023
8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Liming Detained
9. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Lyu Shi’an Detained for Over 20 Days
10. [Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province] Several Practitioners Held in Brainwashing Center
1. [Leting County, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Yanping Tried
Ms. Li Yanping was tried by the Luannan County Court on September 29, 2025.
2. [Beijing] Ms. Fu Haixia Sentenced to Four Years in Prison
Ms. Fu Haixia was arrested in early 2024 after being recorded by surveillance cameras posting Falun Gong materials. She was later sentenced to four years in prison and is now serving time at Daxing Women’s Prison.
3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Guan Ping Detained
Ms. Guan Ping was reported to the police for talking to people about Falun Gong in public in late September 2025. She was followed by the police and arrested at home. Her computer, printer, and other items were confiscated. She is being held in the Shenyang City First Detention Center.
4. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhou Hongyuan Detained
Ms. Zhou Hongyuan was followed by Quanxing Road Police Station officers on the morning of September 29, 2025. She was arrested upon returning from grocery shopping. She is being held in the Wuqing District Detention Center.
5. [Lechang City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Liang Jianjun and His Wife Ms. Cao Liping Missing
Mr. Liang Jianjun, a teacher at Lechang Vocational High School, and his wife, Ms. Cao Liping, have been missing since August 2025.
6. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Gao Xinle Harassed
Mr. Gao Xinle received a call from a female police officer at Chezhan Police Station on the morning of October 8, 2025. The officer asked whether he still practiced Falun Gong and whether he had distributed Falun Gong flyers during the national holiday week, October 1-7.
7. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Cui Xueling Detained for 15 Days in 2023
Wang Hao and other officers from the Wenyi Road Police Station cut off the electric supply at Ms. Cui Xueling’s home at around 7:30 p.m. on November 28, 2023. They then entered her home, flashed their IDs and a search warrant, and took away several Falun Gong books and a copy of The Ultimate Goal of Communism. They then took Ms. Cui to the police station for interrogation and held her there overnight. They returned to her home the next day and confiscated over 40 Falun Gong books, a computer, a printer, two audio players, and three small music players.
In the evening, they took Ms. Cui to a hospital, collected her blood sample and fingerprints, and admitted her to the detention center. She was detained for 15 days and released on December 12, 2023.
8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Liming Detained
Ms. Li Liming was arrested at home on September 25, 2025, by officers from the Shenhe District Police Department and Bayi Police Station. Her home was ransacked. She was detained for five days and released on September 30.
9. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Lyu Shi’an Detained for Over 20 Days
Mr. Lyu Shi’an was arrested on the evening of September 5, 2025, by officers from the Huaxin Police Station His home was ransacked. He was taken to the Pi County Lockup that day. He was released on September 29.
10. [Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province] Several Practitioners Held in Brainwashing Center
Six Falun Gong practitioners were taken to the Xiaoyun Brainwashing Center in late August 2025, days before the Chinese Communist Party’s military parade in Beijing on September 3, 2025.
They are Ms. Ying Xianying, Ms. Ma Guonv, Mr. Ru Xiong, Ms. Zhu Manxian, Ms. Mei Yuping, and Ms. Wu Chao’e. Ms. Ying, Mr. Ru, Ms. Zhu, and Ms. Mei have returned home. Ms. Ma and Ms. Wu have been transferred to another location for detention.
