(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 8 cities or counties in 5 provinces, where at least 12 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Xu Qingshen and Ms. Zhao Shukun Arrested
4. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Tong Jing Taken to Prison
5. [Fuzhou City, Fujian Province] Mr. Wang Yongjin Facing Indictment
6. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Shi Caiying and Ms. Dai Guiping Facing Trial
7. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced to Prison
8. [Yongqing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Guijuan Released after One Year of Imprisonment

1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Fang Caixia Facing Indictment

The case against Ms. Fang Caixia was transferred from the Zhongshan District Procuratorate to the Ganjinzi District Procuratorate on October 17, 2025. Her family met with prosecutor Zhuang Ning on October 20, 2025. Zhuang refused to accept the materials that Ms. Fang’s family presented to him.

2. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Chen Guiying Arrested

Ms. Chen Guiying was arrested while distributing calendars with information about Falun Gong on the morning of October 21, 2025.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Xu Qingshen and Ms. Zhao Shukun Arrested

Mr. Xu Qingshen, 70, was arrested by Handian Township Police Station officers on October 16, 2025. He was released in the evening.

Ms. Zhao Shukun, 56, was arrested by Wujia Town Police Station officers on October 16, 2025.

4. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Tong Jing Taken to Prison

Ms. Tong Jing was admitted to Liaoning Province Second Women’s Prison in late September 2025.

5. [Fuzhou City, Fujian Province] Mr. Wang Yongjin Facing Indictment

Mr. Wang Yongjin was arrested on June 25, 2025. His case was recently submitted to the Minqing County Procuratorate.

6. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Shi Caiying and Ms. Dai Guiping Facing Trial

Ms. Shi Caiying and Ms. Dai Guiping were arrested by Renzhao Police Station officers on August 30, 2024, and were later released on a one-year bail. They were recently indicted, and they are now facing trial by the Pingdu City Court.

7. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Du Jianxin, Ms. Wang Fan, and Mr. Fu Jian were arrested on November 29, 2023. They appeared in the Dongying District Court on July 3 and October 16, 2024, and May 19, 2025.

On May 26, 2025, Mr. Du and Mr. Fu were each sentenced to three and a half years, and Ms. Wang received four years. They all appealed. But it’s not clear whether the appeals court has issued a ruling.

8. [Yongqing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Guijuan Released After One Year of Imprisonment

Ms. Yang Guijuan was arrested in Zhejiang Province on October 12, 2024, and later sentenced to one year in prison. She served time in the Hangzhou City Women’s Prison in Zhejiang and was released on October 12, 2025.
