1. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhang Fuquan Faces Indictment

The case against Mr. Zhang Fuquan has been submitted to the Chenghua District Procuratorate.

2. [Wuxue City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhu Aizhen and Ms. Hu Xingzhen Arrested

Ms. Zhu Aizhen and Ms. Hu Xingzhen were arrested by over ten officers from the Wuxue City Domestic Security Division while distributing informational materials about Falun Gong on October 18, 2025. Their homes were ransacked. Ms. Hu was taken to the Huanggang City Detention Center. Ms. Zhu’s whereabouts aren’t clear.

3. [Beijing] Ms. Liu Shengping Arrested

Ms. Liu Shengping, 71, was arrested in Langfang City, Hubei Province in late October 2025.

4. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Ms. Feng Lianhua and Ms. Feng Yan Harassed

Ms. Feng Lianhua and Ms. Feng Yan, both from Liujia Town, were harassed at their respective homes by Shewobo Police Station officers on October 29, 2025. The police ordered them to sign statements to renounce Falun Gong and bail release documents. As they refused to comply, their husbands signed the documents instead.

5. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Tang Huixian Harassed

Ms. Tang Huixian was summoned to the local police station on October 30, 2025. After she refused, two officers came to her fruit stand and demanded to check her WeChat account on her cell phone. They threatened to freeze her bank account if she didn’t cooperate.

6. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Massive Arrests of Falun Gong Practitioners

Over 30 practitioners were arrested on September 29, 2025, under an unified operation by the Jinan City Police Department. The practitioners were first interrogated in their local police stations and then transferred to the Jinan City Detention Center and Changqing District Detention Center. Some of them have been issued formal arrest warrants and are now facing prosecution.

7. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Fu Wenquan Detained

Mr. Fu Wenquan was arrested at home by officers from the Caoshi Town Police Station and Qingyuan County Domestic Security Division on October 15, 2025. He was placed under criminal detention at the Dashagou Detention Center.

8. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Lu Xingping Missing

Mr. Lu Xingping has gone missing for over a month.

9. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Ni Laijian Detained

Mr. Ni Laijian was arrested by Guangming Police Station officers in Zhihe Town on October 29, 2025. He was taken to the Lichun Lockup.

10. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Jintao Arrested

Ms. Yu Jintao was arrested by Huangguan Police Station officers on October 27, 2025. They placed a black hood over her head and took her away. They also ransacked her home and confiscated many Falun Gong materials.

11. [Shanghai] Ms. Chen Ping Harassed

Ms. Chen Ping from Xuhui District was placed under surveillance and closely monitored by the local police.

12. [Wuhu City, Anhui Province] Ms. Zhang Tongxiang Arrested and Ms. Yu Guiying Harassed

Ms. Zhang Tongxiang and her husband were arrested in mid-August 2025. The police ransacked their home and confiscated the computer, printer, and other items.

Ms. Xu Guiying’s home was ransacked in mid-August 2025 by officers from the Wuhu City Politic and Legal Affairs Committee, the Wuhu City Police Department, Jiujiang District Police Department, local police station and neighborhood committee. She was interrogated and ordered to sign statements to renounce Falun Gong.

13. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Housheng and Ms. Wang Qian Detained

Mr. Wang Housheng was arrested in late September 2025 and taken to the Changqing Detention Center. Ms. Wang Qian (not related to Mr. Wang) was also arrested and taken to the Jinan City Detention Center.

14. [Jingzhou City, Hubei Province] Ms. Deng Tianyu Released After Serving 5 Years in Prison

Ms. Deng Tianyu was released from the Hankou Prison on October 19, 2025 after serving a five-year term. She suffered a stroke in 2024 and was unable to walk normally when she was released.

15. [Beijing] Ms. Yu Zhanqin Detained for Four Months and Counting

Ms. Yu Zhanqin from Huairou District was arrested on July 4, 2025. She has been detained in the Shunyi Detention Center since. Her family has not received any updates about her.

16. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Xu Qingshen Arrested

Mr. Xu Qingshen was arrested at home by Handian Town Police Station officers on October 16, 2025. They ransacked her home and confiscated several Falun Gong books and the photo of Falun Gong’s founder. He was taken to the Harbin City Police Department and pressed to sign some documents. He refused to comply. He was released in the evening.

17. [Chongqing] Three Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Li Yunhui and her daughter Ms. Zhao Li have been monitored and followed during several sensitive days in 2025, including May 13 (anniversary of Falun Gong’s public introduction), July 20 (anniversary of the onset of the persecution), September 3, (the communist regime’s military in Beijing), and in October before the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Ms. Li was harassed again on October 28, 2025 by the staff members from local neighborhood committee. They took photos of her against her will.

Ms. Wang Binmei was also harassed and followed in September and October 2025 by the police police.

18. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Shi Guoxing Released

Mr. Shi Guoxing was released from the local detention center on October 31, 2025.
