(Minghui.org) Although Christmas is over a month away, holiday celebrations have already begun in Ontario, Canada, where several parades are held every year. The Tian Guo Marching Band participated in five of them. The Band played in the parade in Newmarket at 11 a.m. on November 15, 2025, and in Hamilton and London that afternoon and evening. They participated in the parade in Milton at 1:30 p.m. on November 16 and then drove to Newcastle to join another parade at 5:30 p.m.

People applauded the band, took photos and videos, and welcomed practitioners who told them about Falun Dafa and the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.

People Welcome the Band

Lisa said she looked forward to the band every year.

Lisa, a university professor, said, “We look forward to the Falun Dafa group every year. The music is nice and the members look like they enjoy performing.”

Paras and his family

Paras, who works in IT at Costco, took videos of the band and said, “The music is great. The band members’ colorful costumes are eye-catching. They coordinated well, and I like the performance very much.”

People Commend Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance

Raj said Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance will make the world better.

Raj, an IT professional, said after watching the band perform, “I think the music is great!”

After being told that the band members practice Falun Dafa and follow the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, Raj said, “In our current society, especially on social media, hatred is everywhere. People need kindness.” He said that if people followed these principles, the world would be better.

Teresa loved the band.

Teresa is a retired property manager. She applauded when the band passed and said, “I’ve lived in London for over 50 years, and I always watch the Christmas parades. This band’s performance touched my heart.”

She said that the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are great and that if the whole world followed them, there would be no war. She said she would attend the free teaching online class to learn more about Falun Dafa.

Marc likes Falun Dafa.

Marc said, “This band is great! The music is awesome.” After he read a flyer about Falun Dafa, he said, “Truth is important. Everyone should be sincere. Compassion and forbearance, I think everyone should learn and understand others.”

Ginny enjoys the band.

Ginny said, “The music is unique but somehow familiar. I think the band members merged in the performance. They use a different way to present the theme of Christmas. I enjoy it.”

Talking about Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, Ginny said, “These principles are what the world needs right now. I wish more people learned these principles, which would let them connect. It would be very good.” She said she would visit the Falun Dafa website and learn more about the practice.
