1. [Chongqing] Ms. Liu Fanqin Faces Trial

Ms. Liu Fanqin was scheduled to be tried on November 12, 2025 by the Jiangbei District Court. The Chongqing Political and Legal Affairs Committee and Bureau of Justice didn’t allow her lawyer to enter a not guilty plea for her.

Ms. Liu was arrested on April 27, 2025, and her home was searched. Her cell phone, laptop, tablet, Falun Gong books, and other valuables were confiscated. She was held in Beibei Detention Center. Her arrest was approved on May 12.

2. [Tianjin] Guo Jia Faces Trial

Guo Jia, gender unknown, was arrested by officers from Quanxing Road Police Station and Yangcun Town Domestic Security Division on September 3, 2025. They ransacked Guo’s home and confiscated Falun Gong books and numerous personal belongings. Guo has been indicted and is facing trial by the Wuqing District Court.

3. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Huang Jinfeng Arrested

Mr. Huang Jinfeng was arrested on October 16, 2025 and has been detained since.

4. [Dingxing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Yuping and Ms. Zhang Yuxia Arrested

Ms. Zhang Yuping and Ms. Zhang Yuxia were arrested on the afternoon of November 10, 2025 while talking to people about Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked. They were taken to a lockup.

5. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Guilan Arrested

Ms. Zhang Guilan was reported to the police while distributing Falun Gong materials in a residential community on November 5, 2025. She was arrested by Huanggu Police Station officers.

6. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Huang Niang Arrested

Ms. Huang Niang was arrested by two plainclothes officers on the afternoon of November 10, 2025.

7. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Luo Muzhi Arrested

Ms. Luo Muzhi was recorded by surveillance cameras when she was distributing Falun Gong materials on November 5, 2025. Six officers from Jinjipo Police Station and another police station in Xunyang District arrested her. After taking her to the police station, the officers took pictures of her, collected her iris scans and fingerprints, measured her height and shoe sizes, and recorded her voice.

8. [Enping City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Liang Liqiong’s Home Ransacked

Ms. Liang Liqiong’s home was ransacked by officers from Enping City Domestic Security Division and the local police station on the evening of November 4, 2025. All of her Falun Gong related items were confiscated.

9. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Xiuling Harassed

Two officers from Panzhuang Town Police Station went to Ms. Li Xiuling’s home on November 7, 2025 to harass her. They demanded that she sign paperwork. She refused to cooperate.

10. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Hongying Arrested

Ms. Li Hongying, 75, was arrested by local police on the morning of September 29, 2025. The officers confiscated five karaoke players. At the police station, Ms. Li refused to follow any of the officers’ demands. She was released in the evening.

11. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Leng Zhenhui Arrested

A group of officers from Qianguo County Criminal Police Team arrived at Mr. Leng Zhenhui’s home around October 10, 2025. Two plainclothes officers arrested him. They ransacked the place. He is being held at Guaibodian Detention Center in Qianguo County.

12. [Tai’an City, Shandong Province] Ms. Dong Sanni Arrested

Ms. Dong Sanni was reported to the police by a security guard while distributing Falun Gong materials on the evening of July 29, 2025. She was arrested by Sanli Police Station officers and taken to the Affiliated Hospital of Tai’an Medical College for a physical exam the next afternoon. She was detained for 14 days and the police continued to harass her over the phone.

13. [Tianjin] Ms. Chang Yuhong and Mr. Liu Jieyun Arrested

Ms. Chang Yuhong was arrested by officers from Xincun Police Station in Tanggu District, Binhai New Area, on the evening of November 4, 2025. They ransacked her home and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, a computer, a printer, and 2,000 to 3,000 yuan paper bills with Falun Gong information printed on them.

Mr. Liu Jieyun, 80, was also arrested that day; his current situation is unknown.

14. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Yanchun Harassed

Two police officers from Shenzhou Town Police Station harassed Ms. Guo Yanchun at home on the morning of November 7, 2025. They accused her of not signing paperwork during her detention a few years ago. She refused to sign anything.

15. [Ningjin County, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Zhihua Arrested

Mr. Zhang Zhihua, 50, from Sizhilan Town, was caught on surveillance cameras while putting up Falun Gong materials. Officers of the Jinzhou City Police Station followed and arrested him on September 6, 2025. They also ransacked his home and confiscated his computer and printer. He is currently held in a detention center.
