(Minghui.org) I picked my mother up when she was released from prison in 2022. At that time, the local policy required that when they were released, Falun Gong practitioners be handed over to the Political and Legal Affairs Committee’s 610 Office, the neighborhood committee, and the local police station. Only after representatives from these three units came and took a group photo as proof, would the practitioner be released.
That day, four or five young officers from the local police station came to meet with staff from the other two units. After I spoke with them, their attitude softened, so I told them about Falun Gong. When I went there to bring my mother home, they did not follow us.
I thought the matter was ended, but in October, out of the blue, the police called me, and said they wanted to come to my home to see my mother. I realized the old forces were exploiting every opportunity to persecute practitioners, so I immediately sent righteous thoughts.
After sending righteous thoughts for a while, I realized that I shouldn’t view them merely as persecutors. Even though they were police officers, they were also sentient beings who were waiting to be saved—I had to make sure they understood the truth about Dafa.
Just then, the officer called again, and said he was about to come to my home. Since fellow practitioners were at my house at the time, I refused his request. I told him to come around five or six in the evening, and he agreed.
After the other practitioners left, I sent righteous thoughts once more. This was the most profound experience I had in all the years I cultivated—my mind was exceptionally still, my body motionless. I distinctly sensed Master’s blessing.
I saw a colorless, transparent dome fly out from my dimension, which instantly enveloped the two police officers. I didn’t know how many officers were coming to my home. The purpose of the shield was to block all the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) spirits that manipulated them. I sent righteous thoughts for more than two hours.
When the police knocked on the door. I invited them inside and served them tea. They were very polite and respectful.
I told them, “Turn off those body cameras. I have something to tell you.” They turned them off. Then I asked, “Is my mother’s case under your jurisdiction? Do you even know what Falun Gong is?” They both silently shook their heads. I said, “Let me explain what Falun Gong is all about.”
I began by recounting the CCP’s staged Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident, then spoke about the remarkable physical and mental transformation my mother experienced after practicing Falun Gong. They quietly listened.
One officer said, “I transferred from the military to become a police officer. My legs often ache—can Falun Gong help me?” I replied that as long as one believes sincerely, miraculous can happen.
I asked them, “Have either of you joined the CCP, Youth League, or Young Pioneers?” The man who was in the military said he joined the Party, while the other said he joined the Youth League. I advised them to withdraw from these organizations to choose a brighter future for themselves. I urged them to remember: “Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is good.”
They gladly acknowledged my suggestions. They left in good spirits. As I opened the door and watched them leave, tears nearly welled up. On the surface, it seemed as if this was an attempt by evil factors to persecute Dafa practitioners; yet our compassionate and magnificent Master turned the old forces’ arrangements around to save these men.
Master told us,
“Mercy can melt heaven and earth into springRighteous thought can save people of the world” (“Fa Rectifies the Cosmos,” Hong Yin Volume II)
For the first time, I experienced the power of compassion. In truth, all beings yearn to be saved; it is our human notions and hearts that obstruct us from rescuing them.
About two weeks later, that police officer called me again and said, “Brother, thank you so much. My leg is much better now. I’ve been reciting ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ every day, just like you told me. I won’t be handling Falun Gong cases anymore.”
Seeing a life saved truly fills my heart with immense joy. Deep down, I know very well that Master is doing the work. All we need to do is follow the standards of the Fa, elevate our character, and he will bring those with karmic connections to us—everything is arranged by Master. As long as you keep moving forward, Master arranges the very best.
