4. [Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhagn Mingyu Detained

1. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Guiling Arrested

Ms. Liu Guiling was arrested at home by officers from the Hudao Police Station on February 24, 2025. Her home was ransacked.

2. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Chu Qinghua Harassed

Mr. Chu Qinghua was harassed and photographed by Taibaozhuang Police Station officers in October 2024.

3. [Huanggang City, Hubei Province] Ms. Dai Meixia Released Because of High Blood Pressure

Ms. Dai Meixia of Huangmei County, Huanggang City was held in the Futian Detention Center in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. She was released on the evening of February 12, 2025 because she had high blood pressure.

4. [Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhagn Mingyu Detained

Mr. Zhang Mingyu, 68, was arrested after 6 p.m. on February 7, 2025. He was first given a five-day detention, which was then extended for an additional 15 days. He was released on February 27, 2025.
