(Minghui.org) Practitioners in Argentina held activities in the capital city Buenos Aires on May 11, 2025, to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day and share the benefits of the spiritual practice. A woman who was moved by the celebrations said the world would truly change if everyone practiced Falun Dafa.
May 13 this year was the 26th World Falun Dafa Day and the 33rd anniversary of the public introduction of the mind and body practice. It was also the birthday of Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of the practice. Practitioners took a group photo to express their heartfelt gratitude to Master Li for introducing Falun Dafa.
Practitioners wished Master Li happy birthday during activities on May 11 celebrating World Falun Dafa Day.
It was a sunny day, and Chinatown was crowded as practitioners gathered at the corner of Mendoza and Arribeños streets, where they have been raising awareness of the persecution of Falun Dafa in China for more than two decades.
Dressed in bright yellow tops, practitioners stood out amidst the crowd. They held “Falun Dafa Is Good” banners in Spanish and Chinese and handed out balloons. Passersby asked what the event was about and took the balloons and flyers the practitioners were handing out.
Children were delighted to receive yellow balloons with the words “Falun Dafa Is Good.”
A woman was very touched by the activities celebrating World Falun Dafa Day, and said, “If everyone practiced Falun Dafa, the world would truly change.” She said she and her daughter would visit one of the practice sites in Buenos Aires to learn the exercises.
Practitioners of all ages came to take part in the celebrations in Chinatown that day. One of them was Carlos, 76, who travels 6 hours and catches 4 buses every week to participate in truth-clarification activities in Chinatown.
To celebrate World Falun Dafa Day, practitioners who operate a restaurant in Buenos Aires decorated the place and played videos introducing the spiritual practice. Employees told every diner about the benefits of practicing Falun Dafa. Many people said they were moved by the joyous and welcoming atmosphere.
