(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners in Sweden held a series of events to gather signatures on a petition calling on people to come together to end the persecution of Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) in China. For three afternoons, from September 5-7, 2025, they manned booths in front of the Swedish Nobel Museum and next to the Stockholm Concert Hall, providing information about Falun Dafa and the 26-year persecution in China.

Practitioners had yet to finish setting up their booth each day when local residents and tourists started gathering around to find out more.

People readily accepted informational materials, read the display boards, and chatted with practitioners. They wanted to learn more about Falun Dafa, the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution of the practice, and the regime’s state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting of prisoners of conscience.

After learning about the situation, people signed the petition to show support for ending the persecution.

“Hope to Help End the Persecution by Signing This Petition”

The first person who stopped at the booth to talk with practitioners on September 5 was a Finnish-Swedish woman, who has lived in Sweden for a long time.

She told a practitioner that when she heard that CCP leader Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin had recently discussed the topic of “organ transplantation” as a way to achieve “longevity” on a hot microphone during the live broadcast of the CCP’s military parade, she immediately thought of this booth in front of the Nobel Museum.

“When I first heard about this matter [forced organ harvesting] here, I did not believe it,” she said. “That is because I worked and lived in China for five years. Although I do know a bit about the human rights situation there, I still could not imagine how the CCP can trample on human rights like that. Now I fully understand that this is all real. It’s so horrible!”

However, when the topic came to the petition that calls for an end to the persecution, she hesitated, because she still has to travel to and from China. Despite this, she finally agreed to sign the petition and said, “[I] hope that my signing the petition can help you all end the persecution.”

A local man, after hearing about the CCP’s ongoing persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners, said that the CCP must be stopped.

“This definitely is murder. It is horrendous! I have already watched those several videos. When Putin was being interviewed, he verified that he had talked with Xi Jinping about organ transplantation and how it can help people live to be 150 years old. This is all true,” he said.

A tourist from Poland signed the petition to show his support for practitioners’ efforts to end the persecution.

A man from Poland stood in front of a display board. He leaned forward slightly and stared at a board that explained the live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners in China. When he finished reading the board, he walked straight to the information booth and filled out all the information required for the petition in a serious manner. “The CCP is horrible!” he said. “I could not imagine that such things are still happening. I hope that this signature can be of some help to all of you!”

Collecting Signatures Beside the Music Hall

Practitioners also held a signature collection event beside the Konserthuset Music Hall on the afternoon of September 6, 2025.

The Konserthuset Music Hall is located in a bustling part of the city. Many residents and tourists were attracted by the graceful Falun Dafa exercise music and practitioners performing the exercises, and stopped to watch. Some read the truth-clarification boards and chatted with practitioners to learn more. After understanding the situation, many people signed the petition, saying that they hope everyone would come together to stop the CCP’s crimes against humanity.

Tourists Admire Falun Dafa for Spreading the Truth Widely

A family of three from Spain learned about Falun Dafa and the persecution after chatting with a practitioner, and signed the petition to show their support to end the persecution.

A family of three from Spain was passing by the event venue when they stopped to converse with a practitioner. They learned about Falun Dafa and how the CCP is forcibly harvesting Falun Dafa practitioners’ organs.

Sympathetic and concerned about practitioners’ suffering, the father said, “This is a crime. How can I help stop it?”

Everyone in the family signed the petition. Before leaving, the father put his palms together to express his admiration for Falun Dafa practitioners’ courage and determination to persist in efforts to end the persecution.

A mother and her daughter from Spain said that they are very interested in learning Falun Dafa.

A mother and daughter, also from Spain, had heard about Putin’s conversation with Xi Jinping in Beijing. They were furious. “This is really hard to accept!” said the mother as her daughter translated. The daughter then translated the fundamentals about the practice of Falun Dafa for her mother, because the elder woman did not speak English. Both mother and daughter signed the petition, wishing to help stop the CCP’s heinous crimes. They expressed great interest in the practice of Falun Dafa and took a Dafa flyer, saying they hoped to learn more about the practice when they got home.

Among the visitors that day were two young men from New Zealand. After learning about the CCP’s live organ harvesting, they immediately signed the petition. They showed admiration for the practitioners putting in so much effort and sacrifice into spreading the truth all over the world.

One of the men remarked, “Of course I want to support this! Through your efforts, more people get to know the truth and that helps to stop people from other countries going to China for organ transplants. What you all are doing is very worthwhile and meaningful.”

Chinese Youths Yearn to Know the Truth

Two young men from China walked past the event venue. Initially, they were unwilling to accept the materials that a practitioner had offered them. It was clear that they had been misled by the CCP’s propaganda against Falun Dafa.

Despite this, one of the two men still stopped, stood in front of the booth, and struck up a conversation with a practitioner. He shared that when he saw Xi Jinping talk to Putin during the Beijing military parade and found out that their conversation included how organ transplants can help to prolong their lives, he was really surprised. He also said that he was especially surprised to see Falun Dafa practitioners doing the exercises and distributing the materials so openly at this venue, because all that he knew about Falun Dafa was from the propaganda news promoted by CCP officials.

The practitioner told the two young men how Falun Dafa first spread rapidly in China by word of mouth during the 1990s. The practitioner also shared many examples of how Falun Dafa, which teaches Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, has helped people benefit both physically and mentally, how the CCP persecutes Falun Dafa, and how it staged the “Tiananmen self-immolation” hoax. They also talked about the CCP’s criminal acts of live organ harvesting from persecuted practitioners in China. The young men listened intently. They also shared that they kept hearing people tell them that the CCP’s official propaganda reports should be understood in a reversed manner, and now it seemed that what those people had told them was correct.

The young men understood that the “Tiananmen self-immolation” was a hoax, while the live organ harvesting from Falun Dafa practitioners is true. Before leaving, they accepted copies of Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and other truth-clarification booklets. They were also informed of The Epoch Times’ website for quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations, so that they could log onto the website to officially renounce their CCP memberships. They left looking happy, and hurried off to catch up with a friend who was waiting for them nearby.
