(Minghui.org) It had been raining for the past few days and the sky cleared up a little at noontime. I hesitated but finally went out.
There was a lot of water on the road surface and pedestrians on the road were fewer than usual. I thought that maybe I should not have come out and should have stayed at home to study the Fa more. Then I realized that was not a righteous thought. The time to save people is precious and the sentient beings are all waiting to be saved. Master knows that I have come out to save people so there must be an arrangement. I knew I must not harbor such an attachment.
A young man finally appeared before me. We began chatting and I learned that he was born in 1999 and is a graduate student majoring in psychology. We then started talking from the increase in modern people’s psychological problems to the different types of pressure that are caused by the social chaos. Before long, the topic landed on Falun Dafa, the cruelty of the persecution. The student said that he had never heard of this matter and was stunned. He accepted what I told him about and happily agreed to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations.
Upon taking a turn at an intersection, I saw a woman sitting on the cement platform under the eaves. I walked over and told her that the weather forecast reported that it was still going to rain in the afternoon. She said that she was suffocating and had come out for some fresh air. She is the type of people with affinity who has no obstruction and can easily accept the truth. She fully agreed with Dafa and also agreed to quit the Youth League and Young Pioneers.
Just then, the sky gradually darkened and started to drizzle. I walked to the front of a shop by the roadside that had closed. There was a small platform above the ground with a large rain shelter on it. I thought that I would take shelter from the rain there.
As the rain became heavier, the splash from the passing cars became larger. The sound of the rain drowned out the unique noise of the city. I stood there alone, feeling very calm in my heart. I started humming the song “Coming for you” and thought how wonderful it would be if someone could come over to listen to the truth at this time!
A young woman rode an electric bike and drove over diagonally from the opposite side of the road. The bike happened to stop in front of me. She did not take shelter from the rain but just stopped under the ditch where the rain kept dripping. I hurried over to help her hold an umbrella to shelter her from the rain. She asked me why I came out in such a heavy rain. I replied that I was waiting for someone. I then proceeded to clarify the truth to her. She said she believes in Buddha, and I said that it was great as she would be able to understand what I was saying. She agreed to quit the CCP and said, “Thank you for this few minutes of affinity! Thank you!” After saying that, she rode off in the rain.
I was just thinking about how amazing this encounter was and another woman appeared. After walking past me, she hesitated and walked back. She back and forth two to three times. I understood that this was another person with affinity whom Master had arranged to come and listen to the truth. I called out to her and asked her to stand with me and take shelter from the rain. She happily came and I started talking to her about Falun Dafa and the persecution. As she listened, she agreed to what I said. As it was raining, I spoke louder than usual but still felt very safe and very carefree.
I was not aware when but another woman stood beside us and listened quietly from the side. The earlier lady finished listening to the truth, walked out a few steps, turned her head and shouted thank you to me. The latter was influenced by her and also happily accepted the truth I told her. This lady is a retired doctor who is almost eighty years old and she is very reserved. Despite the heavy rain, none of them had brought an umbrella. They had all come to listen to the truth!
The rain in the afternoon was sometimes big and sometimes small. It may be pouring now and after all while it became a drizzle. Within less than two hours, I talked to ten people and they all understood the truth. The success rate in persuading them to quit the CCP was a hundred percent. This was the result of a Dafa practitioners’ wish! This was the miracle that Master had arranged! Master helps his disciple to attain success and saves sentient beings all the time.
I understand that clarifying the truth is not doing things, it is cultivation. The process of clarifying the truth is a process of solid cultivation. If we do not walk out to save people, there will not be the exposure of those attachments, and there will thus not be the chance to get rid of them. If we don’t suffer that hardship, how will we be able to experience the sweetness that comes after that? In the process of solid cultivation, we are thus able to escape from the law of cause and effect, eliminate our deeply rooted notions, and truly assimilate to Dafa.
I had thought that there would not be anyone coming out on a rainy day. In fact, that was not the case. People with affinity still came out. When I felt that the weather was too hot, so there wouldn’t be anyone coming out, that was also not the case. When I clarified the truth, not only did I not feel hot, there were even many people who were willing to listen to the truth. This is really Master having everything arranged for us, and he is just waiting for us to do it.
In the past, there were also times when I would go out no matter what weather it was going to be. Now, thinking of that, there was more or less a mentality of fighting against heaven and earth, and a little bit of forcing myself to do it. However, things are slightly different now. There is a feeling of contentment that is not restricted by that level of principles, and I just do what I should do.
