(Minghui.org) Shen Yun Performing Arts is performing at the Kennedy Center from January 7 to 18, 2026. This year, the company brings 10 shows to residents of Washington, DC and surrounding areas. Ms. Brianne Nadeau, a Washington, DC councilmember and chairperson of the Committee on Public Works and Operations, sent a letter congratulating the artists on the 20th anniversary of the founding of Shen Yun Performing Arts and their return to the Kennedy Center. She wrote that audiences in the District love the shows, which are filled with creative classical music and dance. She said she is proud to support the performances.

Councilmember Ms. Brianne Nadeau sent a letter to congratulate the Shen Yun artists on their upcoming performance at the Kennedy Center.

Ms. Nadeau wrote,

“Congratulations on your 20th anniversary performance at the Kennedy Center this January! Your work has been enjoyed by audiences in the District since 2006, and many will gather once again to take in the creative classical music and dance production. D.C. has a storied legacy of arts and culture that I have been proud to support as the Ward 1 Council member.
