(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners held activities at Markethal in Rotterdam on January 17, 2026. They exposed the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution and called for it to end.

Crowds of tourists from around the world and local residents are attracted to the outdoor market every Saturday. Falun Dafa practitioners set up their booth on Vlasmarkt Street, which is about 100 meters from the market.

Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Dafa exercises, distributed flyers, and told people about the CCP’s persecution in China. Many people signed a petition calling to stop the CCP’s crime of harvesting organs from living practitioners.

Falun Gong practitioners told people in Rotterdam about the persecution of Falun Gong in China.

Mr. Bas Cdenbrander signed the petition.

Mr. Bas Cdenbrander, a photography enthusiast, said he read about the persecution online and wanted to sign the petition. He also wished to help practitioners spread the news.

Tourists and local residents signed the petition.

Three sisters, Kamara, Anita, and Pola, stopped to watch as practitioners did the exercises, and listened to a practitioner’s introduction. All of them signed the petition which calls on the G7+7 countries to help stop the CCP’s atrocity of harvesting organs from living practitioners.

Kamara said, “I’ve read about this online. I was shocked! I hope my signature helps stop it. Your practice looks great. It doesn’t harm anyone. I can’t understand why the Chinese government has banned it.” Pola added, “Your practice looks beautiful and tranquil. We like it. The persecution must stop immediately!” Anita said, “I heard that a large number of people suffered forced organ-seizure. I’m against this crime!”

Kamara added, “If everyone followed these principles [Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance] the world would be a better place. People should enjoy freedom of speech, but communism forces its will on people.”
