(Minghui.org) Greetings, Master! Greetings, fellow practitioners!

Submissions for the 23rd China Fahui on Minghui have begun. I feel I should start writing early so I can set aside time to help other fellow practitioners prepare their own submissions. Practitioners around me are participating very proactively and enthusiastically; they truly cherish this opportunity—even those who hadn’t submitted anything in previous years have now joined in. Everyone is filled with gratitude for Master and Dafa, and have a strong desire to be diligent in their cultivation. They wish to share their personal cultivation experiences and in doing so, validate Dafa.

I’d like to share some of my cultivation insights from several angles as a report to Master and an exchange with fellow practitioners.

Memorizing Master’s New Articles

Seeing the three articles “How Humankind Came to Be,” “Why the Creator Seeks to Save All Life,” and “Why This World Is a Realm of Unknowing” displayed prominently on the Minghui website, I felt that I should memorize them. As a Dafa practitioner, I must be diligent, so I set out to memorize the three articles. It took me two months and twenty-three days to memorize them, twice. I also continued memorizing Master’s main book, Zhuan Falun. I am currently on “Reverse Practice and the Borrowing of Energy” in the third lecture. Memorizing the Fa is a daily necessity for me—I memorize more when I have more time and less when I don’t have time, but I do it every single day. I feel that because I am a Falun Dafa practitioner I must unconditionally assimilate to the Fa, and I intend to keep memorizing the Fa.

Whenever I finish downloading materials from the internet, I spend time studying Master’s lectures given in various locations, 52 books in total. I have read the 20th book “Teaching the Fa at the Fa Conference in Canada.” I keep a note of the page I am on so that I can pick up exactly where I left off each time. I want to fill this physical vessel of mine with as much of the Fa as possible.

An Experience While Sending Righteous Thoughts

I sent righteous thoughts for one hour on the afternoon of May 31 this year. I clearly felt Master strengthening me. I did not feel drowsy at all, but felt alert with a clear mind. It had been a long time since I last sent righteous thoughts for a full hour. The last time was several years ago, when I participated in a relay-style session with fellow practitioners. My state today was pure and focused, with no distracting thoughts when I sent righteous thoughts. I felt immense power—as if it could split mountains. With my back straight and my neck upright in the standard posture, a force held me completely motionless. If my mind or hand wavered even a fraction—by as little as the width of a blade of chive—I would have drifted off to sleep. Yet my hand did not droop. I remained still—as if I were anchored in place, full of energy, unstoppable, and possessing a momentum as overwhelming as a surging tide. This state persisted for the entire hour. I could sense the immense power of these righteous thoughts.

I have continued to send righteous thoughts since that day for one hour every afternoon, maintaining this practice for some time now. Whenever we do things well, Master strengthens and assists us. My heart is filled with gratitude.

Clarifying the Truth and Helping Master Save Sentient Beings Is My Greatest Joy

A relative and his wife came to my home in July. They visited before, but I hadn’t spoken to his wife about Falun Dafa. On her previous visit, we had dined at a restaurant. Since she works away from home and rarely visits, I didn’t bring it up—I knew this was a missed opportunity. This time, I resolved that I absolutely could not let the chance slip by; I had to talk to her. When the moment arrived, I invited her into another room. As soon as I began to speak, she readily agreed to withdraw from the CCP organizations—the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers—and I asked her to remember “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” She was very happy. I told her, “Your visit today was not in vain, I wish you all the best.” She smiled.

Saving people is a matter of great importance, and it must be done with the utmost seriousness. I feel I haven’t done well. I did not get anyone to withdraw from the CCP for several days. I began to look for ways to create opportunities to clarify the truth.

I took a plastic water bottle and walked to a public square. I spotted a man in his 40s sitting on a bench, with a woven sack beside him filled with waste cardboard and plastic bottles. Approaching him, I took out the water bottle and asked: “Are you collecting recyclables?” He replied, “Well, if I come across some, I pick them up; if not, I don’t. There are just too many people doing this now. Many elderly men and women are collecting recyclables.” I handed him the bottle and said, “I’d like to share some good news.” He gave a noncommittal “Hmm.” I continued, and at first, he claimed, “I never joined any of those organizations.” I reminded him, “But surely you wore a red scarf [as a child]?” He laughed, “That was so many years ago!” I explained, “Those are organizations rooted in atheism. Why not make a conscious decision to withdraw from them for your own safety and well-being?” He agreed, “Alright, then.” I asked for his surname, and he told me his full, real name. I urged him once again to remember, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” and he nodded. I wished him well.

I will continue striving to do better, reaching out to save those who make a living by collecting recyclables. Clarifying the truth to save sentient beings is my greatest joy; seeing them understand the truth and attain salvation is my greatest happiness.

Overcoming One Tribulation After Another

Master said:

“...
Each and every barrier must be broken through,
And everywhere does evil lurk.
Abundant troubles rain down together,
All to see: can you pull through?
...”
(“Tempering the Will,” Hong Yin)

I experienced this a little over a month ago.

I accidentally cut my hand while using a utility knife to cut a floor mat,. A piece of my fingernail came off, and it started to bleed. A few days later, I lost two memory cards belonging to a practitioner—I was certain I put them in my bag, but when I looked for them, they were gone. That same day, there was a problem with my computer; another practitioner offered to lend me his, but he could not come over. That week, when I tried to transfer Minghui Weekly onto my computer, the interface suddenly switched to English.

My husband also pointed out a bad habit of mine. I often leave the bathroom door open. That very day, when I went to the bathroom, I accidentally kicked the door frame with a loud “thud.” Two days later, at the supermarket, I wanted to store my groceries in a locker. I pressed the button, saw that the bottom locker had popped open, and placed my bags inside. Only then did I realize that the slip I held was for locker number 3, not the number 6 locker I had used. I had to ask a staff member to open it so I could retrieve my things. On top of all this, I’ve been suffering from a toothache for over ten days now.

In short, it was as if the sky was filled with dark clouds, with one test after another. I sent righteous thoughts. If it was interference, it needed to end right here and now; I would not permit any form of interference during the Fa-rectification period. In early July, the situation took a turn for the better—the clouds parted, the fog lifted, and there was light at the end of the tunnel.

I cut my hand. My husband was at home playing on his phone at the time; he didn’t even glance over—he acted as if nothing happened, showing not the slightest bit of concern. With that, I decided to examine what human thoughts I had. I realized I had sentimentality, an attachment, and a desire for something—specifically, a desire for my husband to treat me well and show me care.

There were also elements of lust and resentment. I decided to cast these aside; I don’t want them. Any attachment must be eliminated. Instead of resenting my husband, I must treat him well, show compassion toward all sentient beings, and assimilate to Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. As soon as I shifted my thinking my hand stopped hurting. It was painful for a brief moment, and it never hurt again; it healed very quickly.

After losing two small memory cards belonging to a fellow practitioner, I became anxious and distressed. I thought to myself, “If I had lost money, I wouldn’t have been so bothered—but what am I to do about these cards?” I began sending righteous thoughts to retrieve the cards through supernormal ability. I asked Master to strengthen my righteous thoughts. I did this for two days. Two weeks later, the cards were found in the possession of another practitioner. She explained that she had left a plastic bag containing an umbrella at home, untouched, while she was away for several days. When she returned, she took the umbrella out of the bag, but felt as though something else was still inside. She reached in, felt around, and pulled out the two small memory cards. She wondered, “These belong to that practitioner—but when did she put them in my bag?” The next day, she asked the practitioner about it, and was told that they were the ones I lost. When I saw them, I confirmed that they were indeed mine. I was quite moved—it was truly miraculous! In my heart, I said, “Thank you, Master!”

Then there was the issue with my computer. Although I spent two days looking for someone to fix it, I couldn’t find anyone. One day, while I was doing my morning exercises, a thought suddenly entered my mind, “Try removing the battery and then putting it back in; see if that works.” Was Master giving me a hint? After I finished all five sets of exercises, prepared a meal, and cleaned up, I took out the computer and tried exactly that—and it worked perfectly! Overjoyed, I said, “Thank you, Master! Thank you, Master!”

When I was using the computer that week to access Minghui Weekly some English text appeared on the screen. I clicked on it, and it opened right up. One miraculous thing after another kept happening.

When my husband pointed out that I don’t close the bathroom door, I didn’t think much of it before; this time, however, I said, “I will definitely change.” Since then, I’ve rarely left the door open. I kicked my foot against the door frame—something that never happened before—but it happened that day. My toothache vanished and I was fine.

These troubles, one after another, from their appearance to being resolved, I made progress in cultivation in the process. These are all good things, and serve as a reminder that I am a practitioner. I do the three things every day; it feels normal and uneventful. Recently, my internet connection has been exceptionally good—with three windows open and five or six servers running, the green signal bars are soaring, reaching nearly to the top of the screen. It’s a spectacular sight, with lightning-fast download speeds. This is Master’s way of encouraging me. I am filled with joy and immense happiness, and my only thought is, “Be diligent! Be even more diligent!” When I am diligent in my cultivation, things go smoothly. Sometimes it feels almost unbelievable—cultivating in Dafa is truly magical. I am deeply grateful to Master for everything he has bestowed on me.

These are my understandings.

Thank you Master! Thank you fellow practitioners!
