Ms. Liu Huixia was transferred from the Baoji City Detention Center to Shaanxi Province Women’s Prison on June 24, 2026, to serve a term of five years and two months. She is denied family visits and being subjected to brainwashing.

2. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Nineteen Practitioners Harassed

In September 2026, 19 Falun Gong practitioners in the Xinhua District were harassed. They are: Cheng Yuanlan, Zhao Junli, Liang Fengxiu, Li Jun, Du Yanzun, Zhang Xiuzhen, Zhang (first name unknown), Wu Xiuying, Li Bo, Dou Xianhong, Zhang Yuxia, Manhong (last name unknown), Shuling (last name unknown), Ren Jinfeng, Li Yingmin, Wang Yanru, Lu Fuzhen, Lyu Yanfang, and Li Wensu.
