(Minghui.org) Informational materials production sites play a vital role in supporting Master Li in Fa-rectification and in saving sentient beings. I have operated such a site at my home for 18 years. The practitioners involved move forward steadily under Master’s protection and diligently follow the requirements of Falun Dafa.
As more practitioners went out to clarify the truth and save people, demand for flyers and other materials grew so rapidly that supply could no longer keep up. Although I was 64 years old at the time and had no computer skills, I was determined to establish a home-based materials production site. I made it happen in early 2008.
I grew up in the countryside and moved to the city after I was married. I had never seen a computer or a printer, so setting up a materials production site was extremely challenging. None of my family members practiced Falun Dafa. How would I persuade them to support me in buying equipment I didn’t know how to use?
Nevertheless, I was clear that as a Dafa disciple, assisting Master in Fa-rectification and saving sentient beings was my mission to fulfill.
I asked my daughter, “Can I buy a laptop? A used one will do.”
She asked, “Why? You don’t even know how to use one.”
I replied, “I can learn. As you know, I read the printed copies of Minghui Weekly and save every issue. I accumulate dozens of issues each year. Over the years, they take up a lot of space. With a computer, I can read the articles without storing printed copies. It would be much more convenient and safer.”
My daughter thought I had a good point and agreed to let me buy a computer.
With help from local practitioners, I quickly learned to use the computer and download files from the internet.
The next step was to print out the materials, so I needed a printer.
I knew a practitioner who ran a materials production site and was having her house renovated. I saw a good opportunity to borrow her printer.
I told my daughter, “The Wang family is renovating their house, and she has a printer. Would it be all right to keep the printer at our place for a while?”
She said, “Sure!”
Now I had a printer. A few days later, I said to my daughter, “Since the printer is here, I would like to ask a practitioner to teach me how to use it. Then I can help out when they get busy. I have plenty of time to do this.”
She neither agreed nor approved, so I took her silence as tacit approval.
Just like that, I overcame my lack of computer and printing skills. Soon I was printing truth-clarifying flyers, booklets, and other materials on my own. I knew that Master had seen my desire to establish a materials production site and had arranged everything to help me fulfill this wish.
To fully expose the evil nature of the Chinese Communist Party, I expanded the materials I produced to include CDs, DVDs, stickers, calendars, and more.
I encountered various difficulties in operating the site, including purchasing supplies, dealing with equipment malfunctions, and arranging transportation. The challenges became particularly severe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Master has taught us that no matter how busy we are, we must study the Fa. We have remained steadfast in this principle and have used the Fa as our guide to correct improper thoughts, notions, and practices. As a result, the materials production site operates smoothly and we stay on track.
A few years ago, there were three or four home-based production sites in my area. Over time, some of them stopped operating for various reasons. For example, the practitioner responsible for delivering materials and replenishing supplies moved away and we were unable to find someone to replace him.
One day, I ran into a young practitioner I hadn’t seen in a long time. He had worked as a computer instructor at a training institution, but that workplace had closed during the pandemic. He was now driving for a ride-hailing company to make a living.
I told him, “I may need your help. The materials production sites are facing some difficulties, and we need people with cars to assist us.”
“What kind of difficulties?” he asked.
“We need someone to deliver truth-clarifying materials to several practitioners weekly, replenish supplies as needed, and occasionally repair equipment.”
He immediately replied, “No problem! Dafa comes first. No matter how busy I am, I will help.”
“That’s great. Please come whenever you’re available.”
Just like that, a major issue was resolved.
Two weeks later, the practitioner said, “Auntie, I have been practicing on my own for all these years. I would like to join your Fa study group, but I can set aside only one day a week.”
“That’s wonderful!” I replied. “Group Fa study is what Master wants us to use, and it’s very beneficial for our cultivation and improvement. I’ll figure out the best way to arrange it and let you know.”
There were two Fa study groups in my area, each with four or five practitioners. For safety reasons, we deliberately keep the groups small, so it wouldn’t be appropriate to add the driver to either group.
I had a solution. I would start a study group at my home. I asked a senior practitioner known for strong righteous thinking and careful speech, “Why don’t the three of us study the Fa together? The main purpose is to give the driver an opportunity to participate in group Fa study. We can also arrange material deliveries and replenish supplies afterward. That way, we can accomplish several things in one day.”
The senior practitioner agreed.
But which day was best for our new study group? Given that my existing group study sessions were scheduled Monday through Friday, I thought Saturday or Sunday would be the best option. Because the driver was always on the road, I assumed he could be available on either day.
When I shared my plan with him, he was happy and grateful. But he said, “I have more ride-hailing orders on the weekend. Could we choose a weekday instead?”
I immediately realized my selfishness. I had only thought about my convenience, not his circumstances. His entire family depended on his income. Master has taught us to consider others in everything we do.
The three of us decided to use Thursday to study the Fa together. We began in April 2025 and have continued for more than a year.
I noticed that some practitioners had been unable to obtain materials over the past two years. I organized some of them into a group of seven practitioners who live in six residential communities. In addition to the driver, the group included six senior female practitioners, ages 70s to 86.
Whether assisting Master in rectifying the Fa and saving sentient beings or in our personal cultivation, everyone has been quite diligent. We have always followed Master’s teachings by studying the Fa more, looking inward, cooperating effectively, and working together.
For example, every Thursday, two practitioners deliver materials to other practitioners’ homes. One of them is 80. It is not easy to go up and down residential buildings while carrying materials, but she never complains. Instead, she volunteers to do the physical work. She told me, “You are the older sister; the younger one should do more.”
The driver said, “Let me know in advance if you need any supplies. When I pass by the market, I can buy them, leave them at my place, and bring them when we meet for Fa study on Thursday. Just let me know whenever you need anything”
I could tell that he was always thinking about how to ensure the safety of the materials production site.
Regarding expenses, over the past 18 years, we have consistently ensured that funds were used exclusively for their intended purposes.
One day in May 2026, a practitioner was arrested for posting truth-clarification stickers. She was detained for more than two months and later sentenced to one year in prison. All the materials she used came from our site. Her arrest triggered my fear. She was a new practitioner, and I worried that she might disclose information about me under torture.
My fear was essentially selfish and completely inconsistent with that of a cultivator. The old forces took advantage of this attachment and intensified my fear. All I could think about was what would happen if the police discovered the computer, printers, supplies, and Dafa books in my home. I could almost see the police at my doorstep, ready to take me away.
At that moment, Master’s words came to mind:
“… if your mind can be imperturbable there will be nothing you can’t handle.” (“Eliminate Your Last Attachment(s),” from The Essentials of Diligent Progress II)
I immediately calmed down and began sending righteous thoughts. First, I rejected the fear because it was self-serving and self-centered, and I refused to accept it. Then I rejected the old force’s persecution. I am a Dafa disciple under Master’s guidance. I accept only Master’s arrangements, and will walk only the path arranged by Master. What I am doing is the greatest and most sublime thing in the universe.
I felt better afterward, but I could still feel the substance of fear within me.
I shared my thoughts with other practitioners during group Fa study and asked them to help send righteous thoughts. The driver suggested, “Perhaps we should produce fewer materials in the next few days. Of the three printers, let’s keep one here and move the other two to my place temporarily. In the meantime, we can distribute the materials we have already produced.” We agreed with his suggestions.
After that, I spent more time reading Dafa books, sending righteous thoughts, and looking inward every day. I dug deeper to uncover the root of my fear, and I realized that it stemmed from self-interest and self-centeredness. I was afraid of being imprisoned, suffering, and of many other things. My mind was filled with thoughts about myself, which did not align with Master’s standard of “put others before oneself.” I knew I should eliminate them.
I decided to do my daily routines as usual.
One day, the printer stopped working. I restarted it, and it ran again. However, it soon broke again, with two red lights flashing. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t fix it. What should I do? This was the only printer in my home.
I believed the flashing lights were telling me something. Was I still holding on to fear? Was it a test to see whether I dared to bring the other two printers back? I had to walk the righteous path guided by Master, not the path arranged by the old forces.
I made up my mind and called the driver. “Please bring me the other printers.” He asked, “Both of them?” I replied firmly, “Both.”
My righteous thoughts were so strong that the fear substance was completely dissolved. I felt I had truly taken a major step forward in my cultivation. With Master’s teaching and practitioners’ help, I was able to overcome this major challenge. One practitioner said, “You are not the only one who has improved. We have all improved together.”
