(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 15 cities or counties in 7 provinces, where at least 24 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Beijing] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhao, Ms. Dan Ling, Lin Lan, and Cai Xiaotian were arrested on January 8, 2026, for studying Falun Gong teachings together.

2. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Yuyun Missing

Ms. Zhou Yuyuan has been missing since late January 2026.

3. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wu Fengxian and Ms. Li Lanshu Arrested

Ms. Wu Fengxian was arrested on February 7, 2026, after being recorded by surveillance cameras while distributing informational materials about Falun Gong.

Ms. Li Lanshu was arrested in early February 2026.

4. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Yan Hongzhuan Detained Incommunicado

Ms. Yan Hongzhuan was arrested in July 2025, for paying a taxi driver with paper bills printed with Falun Gong facts. She has been detained incommunicado since.

5. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Yu Zhengsheng Harassed

Mr. Yu Zhengshen from Chifeng City visited her daughter in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. He was harassed at her daughter’s home on February 11, 2026, by three local police officers. They took photos of him.

6. [Zoucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhan Lihua Harassed

Ms. Zhan Lihua was harassed at home on January 28, 2026. The police searched her place and confiscated many personal belongings. She has been forced to live away from home to avoid further persecution.

7. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] More Than 10 Practitioners Arrested

More than 10 practitioners, including Mr. Li Chengmin, were arrested around January 21, 2026.

8. [Luanzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Xiaodong and Yang Li Detained

Mr. Chen Xiaodong and Yang Li were arrested on the evening of January 31, 2026, by Angezhuang Town Police Station officers, when the practitioners were distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. They were taken to a local detention center the next day.

9. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Facing Indictment

Ms. Su Hong, Ms. Qu Rongying, and Ms. Chang Yahua were arrested on August 28, 2025. They are currently being held in the Changchun City Detention Center, awaiting trial.

10. [Cang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Jin Yue Tried

Ms. Jin Yue was tried by the Yunhe District Court on January 23, 2026. She is now awaiting the verdict at the Cang County Detention Center.

11. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Yuxia and Ms. Wu Yanhong Detained

Ms. Zhang Yuxia was arrested at home by Lianmeng Road Police Station officers on February 4, 2026. She was given seven days of administration detention.

Ms. Wu Yanhong was arrested at home on the same day and also given a seven-day detention. She was released the next day due to her health condition.

12. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Cheng Yurong Facing Trial

Ms. Cheng Yurong, 77, has been held at the Dalian City Detention Center since her arrest on September 2, 2025. She has been indicted and is now facing trial by the Ganjingzi District Court.

13. [Chongqing] Ms. Gao Zhongying Arrested

Ms. Gao Zhongying was arrested at midnight on February 1, 2026, by officers from the Zheng Street Police Station. She was held at the Shapingba District Police Department for 19 hours. The police collected her fingerprints and a blood sample, and also recorded her voice and took an image of her iris.

14. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Jing Arrested

Mr. Jing was arrested by Wangcun Police Station officer on February 9, 2026. He was given eight days of administrative detention, but was exempted from serving it due to his advanced age.

15. [Mian County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Wang Chunlei Detained

Ms. Wang Chunlei was arrested at home by a dozen officers from the Mian County Domestic Security Division on January 21, 2026. They confiscated her Falun Gong books and media players. She was detained for 15 days at the Mian County Detention Center.
