1. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Qian Youyun Faces Trial

3. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Cheng Yuanyi Arrested

5. [Suizhou City, Hubei Province] Ms. He Xiumei Taken into Custody
6. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yao Yan Released from Prison
7. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wu Zhongtang Released from Prison
1. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Qian Youyun Faces Trial
Ms. Qian Youyun was arrested by officers from Jiangxia District Domestic Security Division on October 31, 2025, after she was reported for telling people about Falun Gong at a grocery market. She has been held at the Dongxihu District First Detention Center since.
The Zhifang Police Station submitted her case to the Hongshan District Procuratorate, which subsequently indicted her. She was scheduled to appear in the Hongshan District Court on April 10, 2026.
2. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Yuqiu Arrested
Ms. Liu Yuqiu was arrested in late March 2026.
3. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Cheng Yuanyi Arrested
Mr. Cheng Yuanyi was arrested on March 7, 2026, by two officers from Erjie Police Station and Dandong City Police Department, while talking to people about Falun Gong. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated a cell phone and his ID card. Due to health reasons, he was denied admission to the detention center and released. He has been forced to live away from home to avoid further persecution.
4. [Laiyuan County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Xiaofen Arrested
Ms. Zhang Xiaofen was arrested at home at around 4 p.m. on March 24, 2026, by Laiyuan County Domestic Security Division officers.
5. [Suizhou City, Hubei Province] Ms. He Xiumei Taken into Custody
Ms. He Xiumei was arrested around March 5, 2026, by Hedian Town Police Station officers. Her home was ransacked. She has been detained since.
6. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yao Yan Released from Prison
Ms. Yao Yan was arrested by Jilin City police on September 8, 2024. She was subsequently sentenced to one and a half years in prison. She has been released after serving the term.
7. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wu Zhongtang Released from Prison
Mr. Wu Zhongtang, in his 70s, has been released after serving a ten-year term.
