(Minghui.org) I’ve helped with the Minghui website for 25 years. After the persecution started in 1999, I began preparing truth-clarification materials and helping with The Epoch Times. I occasionally wondered why I was a part of Minghui.

Master gave me some hints in my dreams, and I’d like to share them with you.

I had a dream soon after I began helping with Minghui. In my dream, I led a group of people and we walked on a path that seemed familiar. I told everyone the direction, and I was carrying a heavy baby. Another practitioner also carried a baby who was younger and smaller than mine. I suggested that we switch. I knew Master was giving me a hint—my mission was to prepare truth-clarification materials. Perhaps I had done something similar in another lifetime. From Master’s hint I realized that I wanted to be comfortable—I shifted responsibility and let others do the heavy work while I wanted the easy tasks.

A project in Middletown, New York was looking for practitioners to help, and I was invited to join the team. My husband wanted me to accept the invitation so that our family could move there.

One night I dreamed that the coordinator and many members of that project were sitting on the grass under a tree. I was about to get a chair and sit with them, when the coordinator and another practitioner who was a veteran Minghui member stopped me and asked me to sit with them. I followed them, and we sat on a narrow stone above the ground with our backs against the other group. We faced the backs of the practitioners who sat on the concrete slab in the sun.

After I woke up, I realized that the practitioners who sat on the concrete in the sun were the practitioners in China. The practitioners who sat under the shade tree were the overseas practitioners who were members of other projects. Our Minghui project is very special—the members face the practitioners in China. Although we didn’t sit directly on the concrete in the sun, we were connected spiritually and did similar jobs. We didn’t have many team members. We only had one row. I realized from this dream that my mission was to be a part of Minghui.

Last year after a practitioner asked me if I wanted to move to another city, I had another dream.

Many practitioners were walking along a large road after a Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference. The coordinator and a practitioner in my project asked me to follow them. Our small group walked on a small mountain path nearby, unnoticed. I realized from the dream that Master was hinting that the practitioners in our project must remain low key.

When I began participating in Minghui, I edited the overseas news and soon switched to editing truth clarification materials. I’ve been part of this project for more than two decades, and I realize the most important element is to genuinely understand how important it is. Master told us that many of the Chinese people during the Fa-rectification period descended to Earth from high levels. Our responsibility is to assist Master and wake them up. It is my great and sacred responsibility to compile and edit truth-clarification materials. How many practitioners are lucky enough to be part of this project? The practitioners in China use the truth-clarification materials that are available on the Minghui website—so it’s crucial that the materials we produce are high quality and achieve the goal of helping Master save sentient beings.

However, I often get distracted by everyday life and chores. Because I’ve done this job for years, I’ve gradually become numb and I forget that what I do is sacred. I just feel like I’m doing a job. I’ve recently had many family tribulations that exhausted me. I sometimes don’t have enough time or energy to do this job well.

It is also important to break through our notions and let people know about Falun Dafa and its persecution in a way that’s easy for them to accept. For some time, I felt the facts about Falun Dafa were uninteresting, so I included some everyday news in the articles. This deviated from Minghui’s mission. Thanks to the chief editor’s correction, I rectified my thoughts and kept the truth-clarification materials pure. I will use different ways to present the facts to make the materials more attractive. Chinese society is increasingly unstable, and its economy is sliding downward. So, it’s critical that we compile and edit the materials to let more people know the facts about the persecution.

I also realize that I should constantly improve my skills. As an editor, I should improve my writing skills and my artistic sense in graphic design and photo selection. It’s not easy to save sentient beings. As we face more challenges and difficulties, our wisdom and capabilities should improve accordingly.
