3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
4. [Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Cao Xingfu Arrested
5. [Anxin County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Qiang Detained
6. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Guiying Released on Bail
7. [Pingshan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Xing Shenghui Harassed

1. [Changtu County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Song Fuyuan Sentenced

Ms. Song Fuyuan was tried by the Changtu County Court on March 4, 2026, and was sentenced to 18 months in prison on March 31, 2026.

2. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Yuemei and Ms. Yu Hongzhi Sentenced

Ms. Zhang Yuemei and Ms. Yu Hongzhi were sentenced by the Pingdu City Court on April 2, 2026. Ms. Zhang was sentenced to 22 months and fined 8,000 yuan. Ms. Yu was given 16 months and fined 5,000 yuan. Ms. Zhang has appealed.

3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Qu Lihong, Ms. Niu Guihua, and Sun, first name and gender unknown, were arrested on February 7, 2026. Ms. Qu was issued a formal arrest warrant on March 17, 2026.

4. [Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Cao Xingfu Arrested

Mr. Cao Xingfu, in his 60s, was arrested on March 25, 2026, by officers from the Tinghu District Police Department.

5. [Anxin County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Qiang Detained

Mr. Wang Qiang was arrested on March 24, 2026, and given 15 days in the Anxin County Police Department Lockup.

Officers from the Anxin County Domestic Security Division approached his family, saying that they could release Mr. Wang if the family paid 200,000 yuan; otherwise they would proceed with his prosecution. The family refused, and the police put Mr. Wang under criminal detention on April 2.

6. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Guiying Released on Bail

Ms. Sun Guiying was arrested in mid-November 2025. Officers from the local police station ransacked her home and seized her Falun Gong books, computers, cell phones, and other belongings. She was taken to the police station for interrogation and released on bail at night.

7. [Pingshan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Xing Shenghui Harassed

Mr. Xing Shenghui was harassed at work on April 2, 2026, by officers from the Chengguan Police Station. They took photos of him without his permission.
