(Minghui.org) Two years ago, a couple and their four-year-old daughter moved into the apartment just below us.

When I shared the truth about Falun Dafa with them, the husband was somewhat resistant and would sometimes deliberately avoid me when we ran into each other on the stairs. The wife, out of politeness, pretended to agree. I handed her a Falun Dafa keepsake, which she accepted. I knew that the family hadn’t truly understood the truth about Falun Dafa.

In my daily life, I strive to uphold to the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance that Master taught. I wasn’t afraid to go out of my way to help the family. The couple was quite busy with work, so their little girl was often left on her own. They didn’t feel comfortable hiring a nanny because they said people these days weren’t trustworthy.

I was kind to all of them, but especially the little girl. Her mother noticed that I was trustworthy, so on weekends she sent the child upstairs to stay with me. I treated her just like my own, and the little girl really liked me.

One day, the little one had a fever and a headache, so she didn’t go to kindergarten. She came upstairs to me, and I taught her how to write the phrases “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” It was remarkable: She recited the words as she wrote them, and before long, she announced that her headache was gone and she was completely recovered.

She ran out onto the balcony and shouted, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” Then she ran back inside and exclaimed, “The little birds flying overhead heard me. I told them to remember it, too!” I was delighted to see her so happy.

This child has a very good foundation. A few times when she came upstairs and saw me meditating, she would imitate my posture and say she felt as comfortable as if she were sitting on a lotus flower. On several other occasions, she kept staring at the top of my head. When I asked her what she was looking at so intently, she replied, “I see rows and rows of fairies wearing crowns floating in the air! There are also many Buddhas. It’s so beautiful!”

One day, her mother came to see me. She seemed very excited. “You know, because you practice Falun Dafa, we’ve really been blessed just by living here,” she said. “I must pay my respects to your Master Li.”

It turned out that, a few days earlier, she had been feeling unwell and had gone to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with a uterine tumor. Doctors at several hospitals told her she needed surgery as soon as possible, because if it grew any larger, the procedure would be much more difficult.

Terribly upset, she went home and wept bitterly. In her anguish, she suddenly remembered the Dafa keepsake I had given her. She thought, “I’ve run out of options anyway, so I might as well give it a try!” She recited the words on the keepsake sincerely for two days. Three days later, she went for another checkup, and the tumor was gone! She visited several other hospitals to confirm it, and it was indeed gone!

She went home and cried again, but this time they were tears of joy. She said, “I never would have imagined that Falun Dafa is actually a true divine practice! If I hadn’t experienced it myself, I would never have believed it was real!”

After that, the couple’s attitude toward me changed completely. On one occasion, when the police harassed me, they went out of their way to help me pack up my Dafa materials, and the husband even drove me out of town in the middle of the night. Thanks to their help, I managed to escape that ordeal. I was deeply moved by their kindness.

Their daughter has been practicing with us since she was little. Whenever she has a fever, she recites the auspicious phrases and recovers quickly, never missing a day of school.

Once, while she was playing on the playground, a boy kicked a ball that accidentally hit her on the head, breaking her metal hairpin. Yet she didn’t feel a thing. She said Master was protecting her.

There are countless examples of how Falun Dafa has brought blessings to people. In these extraordinary times, as the teachings of Falun Dafa spread widely across the world, I urge you: Please do not believe the lies of the Chinese Communist Party. Take the time to truly understand Falun Dafa and keep in mind that Falun Dafa is good. Then you, too, will experience unexpected wonders.
