(Minghui.org) Over my 29-year cultivation journey in Falun Dafa, I have gone from being middle aged to a senior. During my cultivation, I’ve experienced Master Li’s boundless compassion, which guides me on the path of saving sentient beings and returning to my heavenly home.
Approaching Open-Minded Students
I live in small town, and, for the past two years, I’ve worked with another practitioner to tell people the truth about the persecution of Falun Dafa and help them quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). During the summer break, we began clarifying the facts to students. I spoke with two 17-year-old high school girls, who agreed to quit the Young Pioneers and the Youth League. They were very grateful for the Dafa keepsakes I gave them.
When I spoke to one high school student, I mentioned that many college graduates are having difficulty finding jobs. He agreed, saying that this was common under the CCP’s governance. When I brought up Falun Dafa, he readily accepted the facts and quit the Youth League and the Young Pioneers. I also told him that reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” would grant him the wisdom to excel academically. He said he was fortunate to learn the truth about Dafa.
I talked with two 14-year-old boys, and they both quit the Young Pioneers. Two older girls nearby were listening, so I turned around and spoke to them. I explained that Falun Dafa is here to save people and that whoever believes in Dafa will have a good future. Quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations has to do with celestial phenomena, I told them, and, “Heaven is going to eliminate the Party.” I said that those who have awakened will not die with it. They understood and quit the Young Pioneers and the Youth League and thanked me several times.
I never went to school and did not know how to write. When I first learned Dafa, I carefully copied every stroke in every character in Zhuan Falun. Master gave me wisdom. I was later able to write down people’s names when they quit the CCP. If I didn’t know how to write someone’s name correctly, I would ask them to write it themselves.
A Kind Security Guard
I often go to the hospital in our town to talk to people about Dafa. There was a security guard who was hostile toward me. Whenever he saw me, he would shout, “She is Falun Gong!” He was later fired; I don’t know why. I knew Master was helping to eliminate the interference and protecting me. The new security guard happened to like to hear facts about Dafa. I often leaned against the railings while talking to people. He feared I would fall, so he asked me to go to the outpatient waiting area where were chairs, and it was air-conditioned. After this security guard left, I just kept telling the new ones about Dafa.
In June of last year, a new security guard came. When I mentioned Dafa, he asked, “Do you have an income?” I knew what he was getting at, so I told him that the CCP does not farm, does not work in factories, and does not run businesses. “Where does it get its money? It takes the taxpayers’ money.” His two coworkers turned around and laughed. The guard didn’t give me any trouble after that. The next day, I told him about the importance of quitting the CCP, and he quit. And when I asked him to recite “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” he was eager to try it out.
A Gracious Police Officer
Two years ago, I ran into the head of traffic police in a supermarket. It just so happened I knew him. My daughter helped me try to persuade the officer to quit the CCP and the Youth League. When I chimed in to explain the facts about Dafa, he quit the CCP and said he knew that Dafa was good.
I was later talking to a group of people about Dafa in the supermarket when a vegetable vendor yelled, “Don’t say anymore. A police officer is coming!” I turned and saw the head of traffic police. He smiled and walked over, put his arm around my shoulder, and walked me across the street. Then he pointed at a younger officer and said, “Tell him about Dafa.” He then walked over to the officer and said, “Just say ‘yes’ if she asks.” After I realized he was helping me, I went over and talked to the young officer about Dafa, and he agreed to quit the CCP right away. The people in the supermarket were very surprised to learn that police officers also support Dafa.
“You’ve Got the Right Person!”
There’s a club inside the supermarket where some people play cards. I stopped by and explained to a woman that Heaven would eliminate the CCP because it defies divine law and is evil. That meant that anyone who’d joined the CCP would be in danger, because they would be member the Party and perish along with it. But if that person wanted to quit the Party, divine beings would notice and protect them. She agreed with me and decided to quit.
A 40-year-old woman came in, asking, “Who has the [Dafa] keepsakes? I’m from out of town. I lost mine and want a new one.” When I pulled out one to hand to her, the woman who had just quit the Party smiled and told her, “You’ve got the right person!” The woman took the keepsake, thanked me, and left.
A Smiling Party Secretary
Our town’s Party secretary had quit the CCP before he retired. When I ran into him at a market, the manager pointed to me and said to him, “Falun Gong is here!” The secretary smiled at me, and I smiled back before continuing to talk to people about Dafa. That manager seemed to understand something at that point and no longer bothered me.
I saw several retired government officials chatting in front of a store. I went over and learned that some of them had already quit the Party. I then found an opportunity to talk to them separately to avoid any possible trouble. One of them remarked, “Grain sells for one yuan per pound, but one bottle of water from the government costs two yuan. So there are some people who cannot afford to eat a bowl of noodles at a restaurant.” I complimented him on his keen observation, and he agreed to quit the CCP.
I’ve also helped Christians quit the Party. I tell them, “Christianity is a righteous belief, while the Party is atheist. If you do not denounce the CCP, God cannot protect you, even if you go to church, because you were given the mark of the beast when you joined the CCP. With that mark, how can God save you?” A dozen people quit after I said that. My sister rented her house to a Christian family, so I brought them some fresh peaches and helped them quit.
