(Minghui.org) I have been a Falun Dafa practitioner for 30 years. Dafa not only cured all my chronic illnesses and thoroughly purified my body, but also reshaped my mind, elevated my morality, and gradually transformed me from a selfish, anxious ordinary person into a selfless, magnanimous Dafa practitioner. Despite numerous tribulations and stumbles, whether amidst the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) evil persecution or in assisting Master with saving people, I have always felt Master’s compassionate protection and boundless grace.
Dafa has manifested countless miracles in my life, and also in the lives of others who understand the truth. I would like to share a couple of stories about Dafa saving people that I have personally witnessed, to demonstrate the extraordinary nature of Dafa, express my immense gratitude to our great Master, and in the hope that all those fortunate enough to be born into this world can share in this boundless grace and compassion!
Exercises Cured Hunchback of 30 Years
A week before the Mid-Autumn Festival in 1998, I went with other practitioners to a nearby rural area to practice the exercises and spread the Fa. We were joined by a 75-year-old woman, who had been hunchbacked for over 30 years.
After the Mid-Autumn Festival, when we went to practice again, the old woman’s hunchback had miraculously disappeared. Everyone was astonished. I asked her how she had recovered. She said that on the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, while practicing, her back made a “crackling” sound, and after finishing the exercises, her back straightened. She knew that Master had cured her hunchback, and she and her relatives were so moved they didn’t know what to say. This event had a tremendous impact on the local area. There were originally a dozen or so practitioners in her village, but suddenly over a hundred people joined the practice. Her 12-year-old grandson, who had 700 degrees of myopia, was able to stop wearing glasses after practicing for three months.
A New Life Without Crutches
When I once went to a rural area to clarify the truth, I encountered three people chatting in the street. Two were elderly women in their sixties, and the other was a man in his fifties with a cane beside him. I tried to tell them the facts about Dafa, but the man, who was poisoned by the lies of the CCP, refused to listen.
I adjusted my mindset, and with compassion addressed the knot in his heart. I patiently and meticulously explained the truth from multiple perspectives, talking about the CCP’s corruption, about organ harvesting, about the establishment of a children’s organ transplant center in Shanghai—asking where all the organ donors are from and why are there so many missing children now. From the Hu Xinyu case to the Tiananmen self-immolation hoax, I talked about how the CCP has told countless lies and committed countless evil deeds. If humans cannot correct themselves, Heaven surely will; Heaven will destroy the CCP. A wise man does not stand under a crumbling wall. If the red wall falls, we cannot be the ones to take the fall. I told him that I was riddled with illnesses when I was in my twenties, but I was completely cured after practicing Falun Gong for about three weeks. I was in two serious car accidents, but emerged unharmed. I hoped that he could choose a bright future for himself, and receive the protection of gods and Buddhas. In the face of natural disasters and man-made calamities, I encouraged him to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations to ensure his safety.
His conscience was finally awakened, and he said with deep feeling, “If I had understood the truth sooner, I wouldn’t need crutches.” I told him, “Sincerely and constantly recite ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,’ and miracles will surely happen to you.” He readily agreed to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations, and hoped we would frequently deliver truth materials there.
About a month later, I went to the village again, where I saw the two elderly women chatting in the same spot, but the man was nowhere to be seen. I asked the women, “Why hasn’t that brother come out?” They said his leg was healed, he threw away his crutches, and he went to work. I asked, “Was it due to reading the truth-clarification materials and reciting ’Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ that he recovered?” They said, “Exactly! Falun Gong is truly effective! We also recite ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’”
Falun Dafa manifests miracles everywhere! Falun Dafa is the Great Fa of the universe that saves the world! Sentient beings, do not miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
