(Minghui.org) My son Ruirui is 12 years old and is in sixth grade. He studies the Fa and does the exercises with me. I’d like to tell you about some of his cultivation experiences.
Ruirui told me one day, “Mom, I had a dream last night. I saw demons possessing and controlling big auntie, second auntie, and you when you all got angry. They took you to a race track in a certain dimension. The three of you walked forward on the race track with your eyes closed. I also saw many people possessed by demons walking on the race track. Everyone who reached the end of the race track turned into a demon.”
Ruirui continued, “I got anxious when you took a step forward, so I grabbed your pant leg and stood in front of you. I yelled, ‘Don’t go any further!’ You came to your senses, took a step back, and returned to the starting point. I saw big auntie taking a step forward too. I yelled at her and tried to pull her back. She stopped and didn’t go any further. Then I saw second auntie, but she had already walked quite far down the track.”
After hearing what he said, I recalled the different reactions my sisters and I had after we found out what Ruirui did a few days ago.
Ruirui did something wrong, so I scolded him. I realized later that “scolding” was a behavior that came from the Chinese Communist Party. I looked inward and stopped scolding him. My oldest sister said things that were not in line with the Fa. My middle sister was furious. Our behaviors did seem to correspond to what Ruirui saw in the dream.
I felt ashamed that I didn’t handle this situation well, and realized Master was using my child’s words to enlighten me. I’ve cultivated for a long time and I should not behave like this any more. I must eliminate this demon nature.
Ruirui came home from school one day and told me, “Mom, I felt the enormous power of Dafa’s principles: Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance! I was playing with my classmates and one of them kicked me. I wasn’t moved and ignored him. He kicked me again and I turned around to look at him, but I didn’t react. Seeing that I didn’t respond, he tried to embarrass me in front of the other classmates. He stepped on my right shoe and kicked it off.”
Ruirui went on, “I’m a Dafa practitioner and should not act like him. So I took off my left shoe and handed it to him. I said, ‘Here, take this one too. I don’t need it.’ I walked barefoot to the classroom. His attitude immediately changed and he returned my shoe. He kept apologizing and said, ‘I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have treated you that way.’ I sensed the power of Dafa. It’s truly amazing! I did the right thing and Master showed me how wonderful Dafa is.”
I was very touched and tears streamed down my face. I was happy that Ruirui maintained his composure and did a good job!
I’ve practiced Falun Dafa for more than 20 years and weathered many storms. Although I have cultivated poorly from time to time, Master has never given up on me. My family is blessed by the boundless grace of the Buddha Fa, and we are grateful for Master’s compassionate salvation. We will seize the opportunity to do the three things well and go home with Master.
