(Minghui.org) I have practiced Falun Dafa for 27 years. Looking back at my cultivation journey, I have experienced many miracles and seen sacred scenes. I have also undergone many hardships. I am very thankful to Master for his compassion and protection and for bestowing strength and wisdom upon me. I’d like to share some stories about validating the Fa and saving sentient beings. Please kindly point out anything that is not in line with the Fa.
I was forced to leave home due to persecution in 2005. I was employed as an accountant in a private company in another city. I came to work early and left work late. I worked very hard. I cleaned our office most of the time. I also helped to clean the office for the sales representatives as none of them did the cleaning. The sales representatives were thankful to me. The manager appreciated my moral character. He often said jokingly that if anyone was looking for a daughter-in-law, they should find someone like me.
One day the manager’s digital camera worth 6,000 yuan, which he put in the office, went missing. He called in every employee of our department. When he asked me if I had seen the camera. I said, “I practice Falun Dafa. I don’t take anything that isn’t mine.” He looked at me with respect.
When a clerk returned from maternity leave at the end of the year, either the financial clerk or I would become redundant. The clerk had graduated from university, and was smart and well spoken. I graduated from a vocational school. But the manager talked to me in private and said I was responsible, reliable, had good moral character and made a lot of contributions to establishing the financial system of our company. He said that I was upright. He said that people could be trained. If the person doesn’t have good moral character, he/she might harm others. He asked me to think about it and planned to sign a contract with me. He was going to make the clerk redundant.
The clerk had just gotten married and lost the 30,000 yuan she was given during her wedding ceremony. His husband was so angry that he wanted to divorce her. She faced unemployment. She gave me a hard time and only did superficial work. She pushed most of her work on me and chatted with others. I practice Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. She needed this job. If she lost it, her marriage would be in serious trouble.
I talked to the manager and asked him to keep her. I would resign. I told the manager with tears in my eyes that I practice Falun Dafa and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The manager said with relief, “You’ve helped me solve this problem.” He was not willing to ask his employees to leave. The company was small and couldn’t afford too many employees. My resignation helped solve his problem. I gave him a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. He accepted it with both hands and said, “My professor at the university also practiced Falun Dafa. I hope you will come back if my business grows.” He promised that he would compensate me with a bonus at the end of the year.
I was employed as a senior accountant by an export company with 500 employees. The accounting supervisor had only a middle school qualification. She was in charge of cash flow and customs clearance. The financial clerk was also a middle school graduate. Neither of them had accounting certificates. When I took over the accounting department, I found that the accounts were a mess. Accounts payable had a debit balance of over 10 million yuan (we had made payments, yet hadn’t received invoices). The company was export oriented. We could claim tax back if we had the purchase invoices.
The warehouse management was also a mess. I talked to the manager and asked that we recruit a warehouse accounting clerk, and provide a monthly report of raw materials stock to the accounting department. I pushed the managers for several months and streamlined the accounting procedures. Finally, the supply, production and sales processes all ran smoothly.
The sales income of my company reached 60 million yuan in 2014, and business was booming. Unexpectedly, our general manager offended someone, who made a complaint. The city tax inspection bureau set up a case immediately.
One day, six officers from the city tax inspection bureau came to our company and downloaded the data from the computers in the accounting department, managers’ offices and some important departments to see if we had committed tax evasion.
One young inspector opened a voucher file, pointed to a custom clearance form, and asked me, “When did you remit the money for these import goods?” I found the related voucher immediately and showed him the remittance. I was detail-oriented in my daily work and put the custom clearance form number on the related remittance voucher. The inspector didn’t expect that I could quickly find the required documents.
The tax inspection bureau set up a specialist team to audit our accounts. I presented to them all the vouchers, accounting books and reports. Our company hired several accountants. They compared their work to mine and found that my accounting was up to standard, and nice and clean. When they audited the contracts, they found the purchase contract and sales contract were attached to the voucher.
The bureau invited a senior auditor to audit our costs. I told him that our company made production according to the orders and calculated the cost according to the purchase order. One purchase order normally required three months to complete; that our cost calculation was different from other companies in that the cost varied from month to month with additional cost top up sometimes; that the correct cost was calculated on a three-month weighted average. I showed him how I calculated the cost when he had doubts about a particular cost. The cost of our company was normal. He didn’t raise any other concerns. When he audited the purchase, he suspected that we had fake purchase invoices and wanted to see the consignment notes. I showed him quickly.
One day the accounting supervisor and the financial clerk were called into the tax office for investigation. They found some issues in their computer data. The inspector opened the recorder and interrogated them separately. The financial clerk was scared to tears. The inspector asked the accounting supervisor if the accounts were fake. She didn’t understand and told him that they were fake accounts. The inspector asked why the fake accounts were recorded as if they were real accounts.
The accounting supervisor and the financial clerk told me what happened the day before. They also signed on the document the inspector provided. Suddenly the supervisor asked me why the inspectors didn’t interrogate me. I knew that Master protected me and gave me wisdom. I did the accounts perfectly without any issue, so I didn’t get involved in this case.
The auditors paid much respect to me after the audit was completed. My handling of the accounts was professional and perfect. I didn’t lose face for the tax bureau because my work proved that their management and control were effective. I laid a good foundation for clarifying the truth to them in the future.
One day the chief inspector gave me a USB and asked me to download the financial data to his USB. I downloaded the recent edition of Minghui Weekly to his USB as well. He saw the truth about Falun Dafa and shouted “Falun Dafa is good” when he entered our finance office. The accounting supervisor asked him how he knew that I practiced Falun Dafa. We both laughed. The chief inspector said, “Hope we will not meet again in the future.” I asked him why. He said, “I am in charge of inspection.” He hoped the next company I worked for would not be inspected.
Master gave me a hint about what direction the company would go. This company merged with another export company. I set up the accounts system for them and clarified the truth to managers and colleagues before I left the company. I didn’t want to get involved in the disputes of everyday people.
One private company was recruiting a chief accountant. I met with the general manager and presented my resume to him. He was satisfied with me and called me several times to ask me to join his company. I was hesitating whether I should resign from the big company and go to a small company. At that time Master let me see with my third eye a huge Buddha above that private company. I realized that I might have a predestined relationship with the company.
The previous accountant in the company was a university graduate and abandoned her position due to a personal relationship issue. There was no transition time for me. The general ledgers and the subsidiary ledgers didn’t match. I reviewed the accounts for the previous year and checked each ledger and adjusted it if there was a discrepancy. I reconciled the ledgers after two months of checking and adjustments. I started using accounting software to save time and simplify the work.
Accounting does not simply record accounts. It is more important to manage the finances. I calculated and analyzed the production costs, material utilization rate and break-even prices several months after I joined the company. The general manager was very impressed with and appreciative of my work. His estimation of the material utilization rate for many years was 70%. My calculation was 69.8%. The calculation of the break-even prices provided great value for his determination of the prices of the products.
After I streamlined the accounts and each step of the supply, production and sales, I had more time to read Dafa books. Some of the family members and their relatives of my coworkers practiced Falun Dafa. I had an easy environment for me to do Dafa work. I downloaded Minghui Weekly truth-clarifying pamphlets and audio broadcasts and phone calls, anti-censorship software and Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in the office. I also uploaded the name lists of people who withdrew from the CCP and its affiliated organizations, greeting cards, complaint letters against Jiang Zemin, etc. in the office. I also printed out Master’s new articles, true-clarifying letters and notes in the office.
I posted letters to officers in the legal departments and the government departments, as it was not easy to clarify the truth in person to this special group of people.
For the various holidays each year, I produced truth-clarifying letters to the officers in the legal and judicial systems at the village, county, city and provincial levels. Fellow practitioners helped to post them. I got their contact information online or from other sources.
One day I went to attend a meeting. On the bulletin board outside the meeting room, I saw a list of names, cell phone numbers and their work organizations of the officers in the government departments, the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, the village and county chief and the court. I took a photo of the list with my cell phone. I edited them into six pages and sent them to the Minghui website so that overseas practitioners could make phone calls to them. There was some interference. I tried to send them several times, but failed. I sent forth righteous thoughts towards my computer. Ultimately, I sent them through on the sixth attempt.
One day I went to a government building to do business. I went to the floor where the Political and Legal Affairs Committee was located. I saw on the bulletin board the donors’ names and the amounts. I took a photo immediately. I sent a truth-clarifying letter to each of them.
One day I accidentally found out that our general manager had a poverty alleviation list with business names, names of directors and Party secretaries of the villages and counties and their cell phone numbers. I was surprised at that time.
I had a dream one night. A practitioner was going to villages by bicycle to clarify the truth to people. She asked me to go with her. But I went to the toilet instead.
The following day, my general manager asked me to have a look at the phone numbers of the Party secretaries of the villages on the poverty alleviation list on his desk. Looking at the names of over 200 village chiefs and Party secretaries, their cell phone numbers and addresses, I remembered my dream. Master gave me a hint to post truth-clarifying letters to them. When they learned the truth, it helped fellow practitioners to clarify the truth to the people in their villages. I compiled the letters, and fellow practitioners helped post them. At the same time, I sent the information about these 200 people to the Minghui website so that overseas practitioners could call them and clarify the truth to them.
Our local practitioners coordinated with each other and posted letters to the officers in the legal and government departments. They learned the truth and didn’t persecute the practitioners much. Few practitioners were sentenced to prison in the past few years. At most the practitioners were detained for over ten days and then were released. We had a relatively peaceful environment for saving sentient beings.
One day I visited the website of a county in another province. I saw the name of the county chief. I mailed pamphlets about complaints against Jiang Zemin and the organ harvesting from living Falun Dafa practitioners via express post to him. Master gave me a hint that I should seal the big envelope with plastic tape. At the post office, the clerk grabbed my envelope and tried to tear it open. Because it was sealed with plastic tape, she was not able to open it. I said, “Why are you opening private letters? I will not post it here.” Master protected me. I posted it via another channel. After I posted it, I saw with my third eye black smoke in the other dimension. I asked other practitioners to send forth righteous thoughts so that the express post would arrive at the county chief successfully.
Master sacrificed everything to save the cosmos and sentient beings. I cannot express my gratitude enough with human language to Master for his boundless compassion and saving grace.
