1. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Fengxia Facing Trial

Ms. Chen Fengxia was scheduled to appear at the Shuangqiao District Court for the fourth hearing on July 21, 2026.

2. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Huang Xiaokui Facing Indictment

Ms. Huang Xiaokui was reported to police for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. She was arrested at home on March 18, 2026, by officers from the Tianhe Police Station and the Tianhe District Police Department. She has been detained at the Tianhe District Detention Center since. Her case was submitted to the Haizhu District Procuratorate on July 3, 2026.

3. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Ms. Chen Yuanfen, Mr. Liu Yingjun, and Ms. Yang Tingju were harassed at their home and had their photos taken on July 7, 2026.

4. [Shantou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Chen Yantong Harassed

Mr. Chen Yantong, 43, kept receiving harassing calls since May 9, 2026. An officer surnamed Xiong from the Tuojiang Police Station called him again on July 16, 2026, demanding his address and insisting on meeting with him. Mr. Chen hung up.

5. [Shanghai] Three Practitioners Under Residential Surveillance

Ms. Ms. Cai Yufang, Ms. Ni Cuiping, and Ms. Shao Hongzhen have been placed under residential surveillance since July 14, 2026.

6. [Pingjiang County, Hunan Province] Ms. Hu Pinfang Detained

Ms. Hu Pinfang, 70, was arrested on June 2, 2026. She has been held at the Yueyang City Second Detention Center. The police have submitted her case to the local procuratorate.

7. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Guo Yishan and His Daughter Harassed

Mr. Guo Yishan was harassed at home by three officers from the Niuxibu Police Station on July 15, 2026. They took the photo of his wife and threatened to come back in four months. His daughter, Ms. Guo Xiujuan, was also harassed at home by those officers.

8. [Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province] Family of Three Harassed

Mr. Zhang Dinggang, his wife Ms. Ji Qingzhu, and their daughter Ms. Zhang Yanan have been forced to live away from since December 2022 to avoid the persecution. They are currently staying in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, and were harassed by the local police on July 16, 2026.
