(Minghui.org) I’ve been following Master Li’s guidance and practicing Falun Dafa for 28 years. Throughout all the trials and tribulations, My life has been transformed from someone who was chronically ill to a Dafa disciple who is capable of assisting Master in saving sentient beings during the Fa-rectification process. I may not fully realize Master’s immense efforts; I can only say, with a grateful heart, “Master, you’ve worked so hard! Thank you for your mercy and protection!”
I began practicing Falun Dafa because I was looking for a way to heal my illnesses. My bones ached, and I suffered from lumbar disc herniation and bone hyperplasia. When these conditions flared up, I would be unable to do anything because I was in great pain—I even had trouble turning over in bed. But within a short period of time, these illnesses disappeared without me even realizing it.
During a nap, I heard a loud noise like an airplane passing over my head. The sound then gradually faded. After I woke up, my body felt very light. I knew our benevolent Master was adjusting my body. I was so grateful to be illness-free! I then decided I would commit to following Master and cultivate in Dafa all the way to the end.
After the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute Dafa in July 1999, practitioners gradually stepped forward to clarify the facts to people, hand out flyers, and offer salvation to sentient beings with predestined relationships. One night, when a practitioner gave me some materials, there were beams of light shooting towards my apartment from down below. But I didn’t pay attention to them.
The following day, a practitioner told me there had been five police cars outside my apartment. They pointed searchlights at my unit. However, I didn’t even notice them. It was Master who was protecting me!
There was another time I went outside to deliver flyers. I discovered a man was following me. I was not afraid and immediately hid the materials in a pile of cabbages and calmly walked away. I then went to the supermarket and did some grocery shopping before returning home. After I changed my clothes, a police officer knocked on my door and asked what I was doing. He advised me to watch out for my safety and left. I knew Master had protected me again.
When I talked to people directly, everyone agreed with what I told them about the unjust nature of the persecution. I once went to buy green onions and told the facts about Dafa to the vendor: “Do the three withdrawals to stay safe. That means withdrawing from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. When we joined any CCP organization, we made a vow that we would fight for it and even sacrifice our lives for the cause.
Once you erase the vow, however, you will not be implicated when heaven eliminates the CCP. You’ll be protected and stay safe from calamity.” She readily agreed and thanked me. I told her, “There’s no need to thank me. My Master asked me to save people. You can thank Master Li Hongzhi if you want.” She sincerely said, “Thank you, Master Li Hongzhi!”
I once met an elderly woman at a train station. She asked for directions, so I took her to the correct platform and explained the truth to her on the way. I explained how to do the three withdrawals and get protection. She agreed and said, “Thank you. Please be careful for your safety.”
I ran into two students smoking outside of my building. I told them, “Don’t smoke; it’s not good for your health.” They said, “Thanks for the advice, grandma.” I immediately started to clarify the truth to them. I even created aliases for them to submit for withdrawing from the CCP. They kept repeating the names, as if they were afraid of forgetting. Another student came over, and I explained the importance of doing the three withdrawals, and he also agreed. My heart felt joyous afterward.
While I took care of my granddaughter, I went out to distribute flyers and encourage people to do the three withdrawals. When I studied the Fa at home and recited Hong Yin, she would often spot my mistakes and help me correct them. I sometimes brought her along when I went out, and she would tell people that Falun Dafa is good. My granddaughter benefited from this as well. When she took her college entrance exam, she ranked number one in the city and was admitted to a prominent university.
After the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party came out, I went to a practitioner's house every week to get dozens of copies and gave some out to my neighbors downstairs. I took the rest with me to help more predestined people quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. What I’ve done is still not enough. In these end times, I want to make the most of doing the three things well, save more people, and fulfill my prehistoric vow.
