Ongoing conflicts with another practitioner enabled the author to improve her forbearance: “I had thought about cultivating forbearance, but was unable to. I now have realized that only by relinquishing selfishness and other attachments can I have forbearance, which is a natural reflection of one’s level and not something forced.

The month of October 2021 recorded 108 Falun Gong practitioners sentenced to prison for their faith, bringing the year-to-date sentencing cases confirmed in 2021 to 1,036.
After the conference, many practitioners reflected on how practicing Falun Dafa helped them look inward and improved their relationships with family and at work.
