(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners held activities in front of the Dutch House of Representatives on June 10, 16, and 17, 2026, before the parliament’s summer recess. They introduced the spiritual practice and raised awareness of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) longstanding persecution. The Eastern European Mission motorcade drove by the practitioners while visiting the Dutch Parliament.
Many passing members of parliament said they had received flyers and other information about Falun Dafa. Former representative Harry van Bommel hugged a practitioner when he went to the House of Representatives for business.

Practitioners displayed banners along the south side of Prinses Irenepad, the temporary location of the House of Representatives, and on the north side of Bezuidenhoutseweg.
Some of the practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises, drawing people to stop and watch. Others distributed flyers to passersby, talked about the persecution in China, and collected petition signatures.

A group of about 20 middle school students were visiting the House of Representatives on the afternoon of June 10, and stopped to look at the exercise demonstration. Two male students imitated the hand movements of the practitioners, catching their teacher’s attention.
When the teacher learned that Falun Dafa relaxes the mind and body, he said, “The students study hard every day. Can they try these soothing exercise movements?”
Then the whole group of students and their teacher learned the fourth exercise by following a practitioner’s movements, including one student who said he felt refreshed.
Dutch Youth: “What Should Chinese People Without Faith Do?”
A young Dutch man talked with a practitioner about his recent trip to mainland China. He had also spent six months in Taiwan. He said that there was no freedom on the mainland, and people there focused on earning money and shopping with no spiritual beliefs. This experience worried him, and he asked, “What should Chinese people without faith do?”
The practitioner said that the Chinese people have a hard life under the CCP’s control, and morality is declining due to brainwashing by the regime. People there can only have a truly good life by renouncing the CCP. The young man understood and agreed. He encouraged the practitioners to keep up their efforts in raising awareness of the CCP’s human rights violations.
