(Minghui.org) Over the years, I have spoken with many of my coworkers about Falun Dafa and encouraged them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. Some came to understand the truth and chose to quit, while others remained unable to see past the Party’s lies, influenced by years of CCP propaganda and indoctrination.
Among those who quit, I noticed something remarkable. My coworkers who sincerely accepted the truth about Dafa and quit the CCP often experienced blessings. In many cases, this came in the form of solutions to problems they were particularly concerned about or urgently needed to solve. Here are several examples I would like to share.
Mother’s Burdens Transformed Into Granted Wishes
Ping and I worked in the same department and interacted frequently. We had a good relationship, so during our conversations I often told her about Falun Dafa and explained anything she was unsure about, like the Tiananmen Square self-immolation hoax.
As time passed, Ping gradually came to understand more. When I suggested she quit the CCP, she was very pleased to do so.
Ping had lived in Beijing for more than 20 years, but she was originally from elsewhere and had never gotten a residence permit. That had troubled her for a long time. Another thing that weighed heavily on her was that her son showed little interest in school, was rebellious, and often argued with her.
Just over a month after she quit the CCP, she got good news: her longstanding household registration issue had finally been resolved. She was so happy that she insisted on taking me out to eat. She then told me her son had started to change. Although he still occasionally picked fights, he had become more focused on his studies. His teacher even told Ping that her son’s recent grades had improved noticeably. I told her how happy I was for her.
Ping’s son was recently admitted to a good university, fulfilling one of her long-cherished wishes.
True Love and a Life Overseas
Feng worked in a different department, so we rarely had opportunities to interact. To speak with her about Falun Dafa, I specifically arranged a dinner gathering. (Yan, whose story is next, also learned the truth about Dafa during a similar dinner gathering because we otherwise had little contact.)
When I told Feng about the CCP’s crime of forced organ harvesting, she was so shocked that she agreed without hesitation when I suggested she quit the CCP. I offered to register her withdrawal using a pseudonym, which is commonly done for privacy reasons. However, she insisted on using her real name. I asked why, and she replied, “If I use a pseudonym, how will it be clear who quit?” Her clarity and sincerity touched me, and I was happy that she had truly understood the facts.
Feng’s decision was soon followed by good fortune. She was in her 30s and lived with her widowed mother, as her father had died in a car accident years earlier. Because she was short and not considered conventionally attractive, she had struggled to find a suitable marriage partner. This had become a source of great anxiety for her, and some coworkers even gossiped behind her back.
Not long after she quit the CCP, she got engaged. Her fiance, who came from a well-off family, was a Chinese Canadian working in the United States. Feng later told me that they had fallen in love at first sight after being introduced by mutual acquaintances. They were surprised to discover that their homes in Beijing were near each other.
Feng has since settled in the United States. When she returned to China last year, we met for dinner. I suggested that she go see Shen Yun when she had the chance. She said she had heard about Shen Yun and would definitely like to see it someday.
Feng was one of the very few people I helped quit the CCP who used their real name. At the same dinner gathering, another coworker also agreed to quit. At the time, she was facing a serious workplace issue, and the human resources department was preparing to terminate her employment contract.
Just a few days after she quit the Party, however, the company unexpectedly reassigned her to a different position rather than fire her. She later chose to resign voluntarily.
Official Workplace Recognition
Yan also worked in a different department, and we had little contact. We occasionally saw each other in the cafeteria at lunchtime, and she often sat near me. I did add her as a friend on WeChat. Since a lot of our workplace communication was conducted through WeChat, staying connected that way was natural.
Yan was very focused on her family and showed little interest in current events or other matters. At first, I shared articles and information about corruption among CCP officials, social injustice, and major news events with her on WeChat. Gradually, her perspective began to change.
One day I asked her, “Do you feel any different now?” She told me that she understood many things much better than before. I then started telling her about Falun Dafa, the truth behind the staged Tiananmen Square self-immolation, and other related topics.
At a group dinner, I helped her quit the CCP. When I first suggested it, she simply nodded. I told her that she needed to say it. She then responded sincerely, “I quit!”
Yan had worked in our organization for over 20 years, yet her employment status was not considered permanent. In her own words, her supervisors had never thought highly of her.
Not long after she quit the CCP, she participated in a highly competitive employee evaluation process through which staff members could obtain regular employee status. These evaluations were only held once every two or three years, and many employees applied. To everyone’s surprise, Yan was approved. Of all the applicants from her department, she was the only one selected.
Because I remained in contact with Ping, Feng, and Yan, I was able to witness the blessings that manifested in their lives afterward. These three coworkers who came to understand the facts about Dafa and chose not to believe the CCP’s lies were rewarded with good fortune.
